Job Summary:
Boyd Rolloff is seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative support professional to oversee office operations and support the operational needs of the company. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies management, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office needs are met.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
- Operations Coordination:
- Support the operations team in planning and executing waste collection schedules.
- Monitor and track operational performance metrics.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics and fleet management.
- Liaise with customers to address service inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in office management coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.
- Knowledge of logistics and operational processes.

We are looking to hire either an entry level person with a good attitude and high aptitude for a contract to hire opportunity. Hours are 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm (40 hours per week.) Experience from a freight forwarding company is a plus. Pay: $20-22+
The job responsibilities will be as follows

Are you interested in what happens behind the scenes in marketing? Do you enjoy working with databases and would like to use your computer savvy? If so, Marketing Communications is looking for temporary - data entry staff members for the upcoming Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
The position is office based and will require employees to come into the office Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. This assignment will begin in August 2025 and end late November/early December 2025.
This role is $17.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Daily sorting and processing of business reply card responses into the database.
- Digitally requesting literature for fulfillment.
- Database entry of any/all seminar responses into the CRM.
- Scanning of completed work into digital image portal.
- Using assigned reporting to assist with database integrity.
- Reviewing existing records and making corrections as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Accurately verify and edit data in communication with data management
- Report all coding errors or problems with computer entry
- Timely and accurate completion of electronic data entry into multiple UPMC databases and various software programs
(i.e. Microsoft Excel)
- Work effectively with other staff to ensure quality of data-by-data monitoring, correcting errors, and reviewing data
inconsistency reports generated by data management
High School Diploma Strongly Preferred
Preferences:
- Prefer prior data management experience
- Strong preference for proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Moderate to exceptional computer skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent process changes
- Basic multi-tasking skills involving CRM databases and health information management
- Ability to problem-solve and high-degree of rational thinking
