Description

What you'll do:

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for less efforts simultaneously and work efforts consisting of smaller size, low complexity and minimum system and customer impacts. Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations. Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts daily. Ensure resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues. Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort. Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.

  • Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation. Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
  • Identifies items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Monitors resource requirements based on project specifications. Ensures resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted.
  • Responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of project communications. Facilitates effective communications between all parties involved in the project and/or work efforts. This will include meetings, correspondence, status reports and other documentation.
  • Identifies the impact of issues arising from the work efforts and/or resource requirements. Manages the project issues throughout the project life cycle. Communicates the implications of changes to the project scope with appropriate parties.
  • Responsible for ensuring all work efforts have appropriate documentation for audit purposes utilizing project methodology standards in accordance with the ISSM.

Degree Equivalency:

Summary
Working at CGS Administrators
CGS Administrators provides a variety of services, under contracts with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for beneficiaries, health care providers, and medical equipment suppliers in 33 states, supporting the needs of more than 20 million Medicare beneficiaries nationwide.

The CGS IT team consists of ~ 115 people. You will be a part of the Production Support team, which includes about 10 System Support Administrators. The Production Support team is responsible for numerous morning/daily checks to ensure CGS applications are operational and functioning properly.
Description

Position Purpose:

This role is focused on supporting CGS's primary application, OnBase. Provide system/production support and monitoring for applications, batch cycles, releases, projects, installations, etc. Participate in work sessions for system support and problem resolution. May provide coordination in workload transition tasks.

Location:

This is a full-time and on-site position located in Nashville, TN. We're looking for someone that can start the day at 6:00am or 7:00am Central. The usual hours are Monday - Friday with one Friday night a month. Otherwise, weekends are as needed, which is not very often.

Work Environment:
  • Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
  • Customer-focused, project-oriented applications support environment.
What you'll do:
  • Perform/Support installation, configuration, administration, implementation, scheduling and/or tuning/modification of applications. Provide support for moderate to complex system/production performance concerns. Collaborate with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure all specifications are met and problems are resolved as they arise.
  • Assist in analysis of problems/issues. Perform corrective actions whenever possible to fix applications that end abnormally and/or notify technical support for resolution. Communicate with applications on-call persons to repair applications that ended abnormally. Consult with senior level peers on projects of greater complexity.
  • Evaluate system performance in real-time as well as via reports for release related issues. Monitor and report on scheduled batch and online applications for successful/unsuccessful execution. Review all abnormal results/issues to production processing from previous cycles and verify that they have been logged/resolved. May run necessary system backups.
  • Verify Production and Test environments are up and functioning properly. Perform testing responsibilities as need. Review and/or create documentation for accuracy, future problems, and company standards.
  • Participate in work sessions and walkthroughs for quality and production implementations, releases, data conversion projects and/or disaster recovery exercises. Attend implementation meetings to determine impact to system availability and assignment of team resources for these implementations.
  • Look for improvement opportunities in the cycles and in procedures. May create new programs to automate the release process where possible. Assist and provide recommendations in applications enhancement projects.

Summary Working at CGS Administrators
CGS Administrators provides a variety of services, under contracts with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for beneficiaries, health care providers, and medical equipment suppliers in 33 states, supporting the needs of more than 20 million Medicare beneficiaries nationwide.

The CGS IT team consists of ~ 115 people. You will be a part of the Production Support team, which includes about 10 System Support Administrators. The Production Support team is responsible for numerous morning/daily checks to ensure CGS applications are operational and functioning properly.Description

Position Purpose:

This role is focused on supporting CGS's primary application, OnBase. Provide system/production support and monitoring for applications, batch cycles, releases, projects, installations, etc. Participate in work sessions for system support and problem resolution. May provide coordination in workload transition tasks.

Location:

This is a full-time and on-site position located in Nashville, TN. We're looking for someone that can start the day at 6:00am or 7:00am Central. The usual hours are Monday - Friday with one Friday night a month. Otherwise, weekends are as needed, which is not very often.

Work Environment:

  • Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

  • Customer-focused, project-oriented applications support environment.

What you'll do:

  • Perform/Support installation, configuration, administration, implementation, scheduling and/or tuning/modification of applications. Provide support for moderate to complex system/production performance concerns. Collaborate with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure all specifications are met and problems are resolved as they arise.

  • Assist in analysis of problems/issues. Perform corrective actions whenever possible to fix applications that end abnormally and/or notify technical support for resolution. Communicate with applications on-call persons to repair applications that ended abnormally. Consult with senior level peers on projects of greater complexity.

  • Evaluate system performance in real-time as well as via reports for release related issues. Monitor and report on scheduled batch and online applications for successful/unsuccessful execution. Review all abnormal results/issues to production processing from previous cycles and verify that they have been logged/resolved. May run necessary system backups.

  • Verify Production and Test environments are up and functioning properly. Perform testing responsibilities as need. Review and/or create documentation for accuracy, future problems, and company standards.

  • Participate in work sessions and walkthroughs for quality and production implementations, releases, data conversion projects and/or disaster recovery exercises. Attend implementation meetings to determine impact to system availability and assignment of team resources for these implementations.

  • Look for improvement opportunities in the cycles and in procedures. May create new programs to automate the release process where possible. Assist and provide recommendations in applications enhancement projects.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

Required Education :

  • Bachelor's in a job-related field


Degree Equivalency:

  • Associates degree plus an extra 2 years job-related experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience (see "required work experience")

OR

  • 8 total years required work experience.


Required Work Experience:

  • 4 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming experience or other job-related IT experience.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Comprehends data storage techniques, database philosophy, database management, and programming techniques.

  • Strong understanding of the requirements for maintaining production systems and the effect of program changes.

  • Understands how to use structured techniques in new program development.

  • Strong understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

  • Pays attention to detail.


Required Software and Other Tools:

  • Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, programming languages, and/or development/productivity tools and their usage in the company.

  • Production Support Experience in Microsoft Environment.

  • OnBase by Hyland Experience.

  • SQL Querying Experience

Work you'll do
The physical security platform administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining Deloitte's Ontic Systems Incident, Investigations, and Case Management software. This role ensures the system operates efficiently, meets the organization's needs, and supports the security, investigative, and other stakeholder teams in their daily operations.The role will also assist in monitoring open-source intelligence, social media, and the dark web to identify and analyze physical security threats to our professionals and our organization. The core of this role is analyzing risk data, overseeing protective intelligence, and ensuring the platform effectively supports physical security investigations.
We are seeking candidates with intelligence experience, especially in risk and protective intelligence. Applicants must know OSINT investigative techniques, corporate physical security protocols, risk management, threat assessment, and the intelligence cycle. The role requires handling confidential information, working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a sense of urgency. Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be proficient with web-based tools and social media platforms.
In this role, you will:
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Incident, Investigations, and Case Management software platform
+ Ensure system availability, performance, and security
+ Configure and customize the software to meet organizational requirements
+ Develop and implement dashboards, workflows, forms, templates and reports within the system
+ Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
+ Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries
+ Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users
+ Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
+ Support the security and investigative teams in managing incidents, investigations, and cases
+ Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the system
+ Monitor and track the progress of incidents and cases, ensuring they are resolved efficiently
+ Create monthly metrics reporting to leadership and respond to ad hoc requests for information or reports
+ Stay updated with the latest features and updates from Ontic Systems
+ Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
+ Implement best practices for system usage and data management
+ Implement and follow security protocols to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access
+ Create, monitor, and assess risk and protective intelligence feeds and reports
+ Assist in monitoring open-source intelligence, social media, and the dark web to identify and analyze physical security threats. Also, assist Physical Threat and Risk Intelligence specialists with the following, as time permits:
+ Collect and analyze data to identify potential security threats and use analytical tools and techniques to detect patterns and anomalies.
+ Develop and deliver risk intelligence reports and briefings
+ Research, assess, and acquire publicly available information in response to intelligence gaps
+ Conduct persons of interest (POI) investigations to evaluate the credibility and severity of identified threats to executives and at-risk personnel
+ Conduct the overall assessment of potential physical security threats and risks to personnel, assets, and operations.
+ Work as part of a team to prepare and disseminate intelligence briefings and reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders

The successful candidate will possess:
+ Strong knowledge of the Ontic Systems Incident, Investigations, and Case Management software platform

Qualifications
Required:
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ 5+ years of related system administration experience
+ 5+ years conducting risk/protective intelligence analysis is also desirable
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Experience in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Emergency Management, Security Studies, Corporate Security or intelligence-related field is preferred
+ Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Must be available for on-call response 24/7 to respond to crises and/or emergencies
+ This role requires the candidate to work onsite and will ultimately work within the global Security Operations Center
+ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and system integration
