ROLE

**Expected Performance Outcomes:**
**Required Experience:**
1. **Proposal Active RFPs and Strategic Programs Won:**
2. Consistently work across ~10 active RFPs
3. 10+ new programs qualified annually, critical to Mott A&D strategy

5. **Proposal Speed & Accuracy** : Deliver proposals in under 2 weeks; flight qualifications in less than 24 weeks with ability to reduce by 30-50% after 6 months
