Consolidate and analyze financial data.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related discipline from a regionally accredited college or university is required; and
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in business operations or relevant work experience; and
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills; and
Ability to convey and explain complex information in a simplified way to others; and
Proficiency in multi-tasking, time management, and in establishing and organizing priorities;
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in business or healthcare administration is strongly preferred; and
Prior work experience in an academic, clinical, and/or research institution is strongly preferred; and
Experience in implementing the strategic mission of the institution.
Supervisory experience a plus.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of the Financial Analyst functions:
- Assists in the preparation and analysis of regular reporting, ad-hoc requests, and other tasks related to budget variance, asset liability management, investments, liquidity, profitability, and forecasting.
- Performs various duties related to the credit union's investments and secondary funding sources including settlement, safekeeping, and pledging.
- Provides support in the annual budget process in forecasting, gathering data, providing information to, and translating information from departments.
- Updates, maintains, and extracts data from forecasting and budgeting software (PROFITstar or like software) and profitability software (PROFITability or like software) with the assistance of senior finance associates.
- Prepares various exam and audit materials as directed.
- Learns and utilizes auxiliary systems and third-party resources to access data, including but not limited to lending, payroll, and financial systems.
- Works with cross-functional teams as directed by Finance leaders.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with area personnel and management:
- Assists and supports Credit Union personnel as needed.
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.

A Brief Overview
The Sr Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for drafting, analyzing and distributing standard and non-standard reports that track performance and illustrate challenges in addition to performing ad-hoc analysis to support decision making. The SFA Indirect Procurement partners closely with the procurement team and cross functional partners to track performance vs. savings goals and administers mechanisms to achieve those goals. The role also has responsibility for reporting and support of Safelite Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The SFA provides guidance to the Financial Analyst I role.
What you will do
Collaboration with procurement team to oversee savings tracking; monitor indirect procurement projects to ensure programs are tracking to savings achievement.
Develop and maintain mechanisms to achieve savings objectives.
Partner with business stakeholders to prepare standard and ad-hoc analysis and reporting which provide actionable insights for decision making.
Work cross-functionally to identify and interpret trends and proactively communicate meaningful insights. Identify new opportunities and assist key business partners with problem resolution.
Develop and maintain accurate budget, forecast and risks and opportunities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on Safelite Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Provide analytical support to business partners in support of ESG initiatives.

This role is part of a high-performing team, partners cross-functionally, and champions digital innovation to support the evolving needs of the Patient Support Center and the Finance Organization.
You will play a key role in a matrixed environment, acting as a bridge between product finance and operations that ensures alignment between cost strategy and margin performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the FP&A function, execute monthly close, variance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning
- Support financial management and operational oversight for the Patient Support Center
- Assist in refining reporting systems to monitor and control key costs
- Help to design and implement KPI-driven dashboards and reporting tools to enable real-time, data-informed decision-making.
- Champion a digital mindset by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives, including reporting for AI-driven programs that enhance patient support operations, business case development and system implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Present financial results and forecasts to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives
- Assist with special projects, key initiatives and other adhoc task
- Bachelor's degree, preferably within Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Understanding of cost management, labor planning and financial controls
- Digital acumen with experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline financial processes.
- Experience in communicating and partnering with executives
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on outcomes.
- Persistent, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to influence and provide strategic recommendations to decision makers
- MBA/CPA desirable, but not required
