**Summary**
The Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group FMS Managers, and FMS Managers.
**Essential Functions**
+ Month-End Closing: To include journal entries as necessary to re-class revenue / expenses; explanations of variances vs. forecast / annual plan; general ledger research to ensure all possible billing opportunities are captured
+ Operational Initiatives: Work closely with Director of Operations (DOO), Director of Sales (DOS) and Director of Rental (DOR) to identify and recommend opportunities for cost/productivity improvements
+ Financial Planning & Analysis: To include forecasting, business planning and branch performance analysis
+ Training: Provide financial training to Business Unit staff, including policies, procedures and financial tools
+ Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Branch audits, as needed, to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
+ Corporate: Act as Business Unit liaison with Ryder's Shared Services Center and Ryder's Corporate Accounting group

The **Program Financial Analyst I** supports service delivery and completes work activities with direct supervision. They assist in the planning, tracking, and reporting of performance on well-defined and specific tasks under a contract. They will interact with the Contract Program Manager, Project Manager(s), and take direction from either a Mid or Sr Financial Analyst (this alignment depends on what they are specifically supporting - TDL/project level or contract). **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
+ Assist with updating project spend plans and proposed project plans with labor and non-labor cost (Travel, Material, ODC's).
+ Run cost and manpower reports on a weekly basis ensuring checking charges are to the correct job number and updating associated spend plans with new detail concerning the latest cost information. Help identify inaccurate charges and prepare cost transfers (adjustment voucher/general ledger update) as required.
+ Draft and route for approvals all contract/subcontractor RIP(s)/TAR(s) forms. Update trackers, contracting portal and SharePoint to help monitor status of RIP(s)/TAR(s). Verify funds are available to cover RIP/TAR.
+ Assist with reconciliations of Travel, Material purchases against approved RIP/TAR and against Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
+ Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing (i.e. Review TDL edit file and ensure costs that will be billed are accurate and allowable against the TDL).
+ Monitor TDL and manpower cost on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number. Process incorrect cost transfers as required.
+ Ensure cost reporting documentation is correct by performing TDL analytical review and arithmetic checks.
+ Possession of excellent organization skills.
+ Ability to build relationships across functional teams and internal Business Partners.

This **Data Analyst Senior** role is an experienced, data-driven position, which is charged with modeling, analyzing, and reporting on data to senior management, which can be used in the development and refinement of business strategy and tactical execution. This role will help increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales teams by working with business partners to drive improvements in a range of tactical & strategic areas and assist in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions. Key to this position will be the interpretation of results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. The individual in this role will need to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
**How** **you'll** **spend your time:**
+ You will work cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, and internal partners to achieve company objectives, standardize reporting and create dashboards, with emphasis on sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
+ You will provide on-going analysis of sales organization's performance by identifying efficiency/cross-sell opportunities, applying proper hypothesis testing, and making insightful recommendations.
+ You will provide Reporting & Analytics-Envision, create and deliver high quality, easy to use reports/dashboards/models, as needed.
+ You will create and maintain information that summarizes, analyzes and reports key business metrics, and deliver ongoing sales key performance metrics.
+ You will create automated and ad-hoc custom reports to analyze sales productivity.
+ You will support process improvement efforts through both technical innovation and process improvements to automate complex tasks, minimize manual work, and ensure data hygiene and integrity.
+ You will perform data maintenance, audits & production support by using understanding of system(s) setup and data flow to track data, system, and interface issues, coordinating issue resolution with software vendor or internal team members in timely manner, testing and implementing resolutions, maintaining system tables and creating reports from multiple data sources, developing procedures for regular maintenance and audits, and routinely review processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
+ You will provide recommendations in close collaboration with Salesforce Administration and Sales Leaders.
+ You will support the introduction and buildout of AI and Process Automation in support of Sales and Sales Operations processes.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ You possess a Bachelor's degree in technical, business intelligence and/or financial field and 5+ years data analytics & modeling experience with 3+ years technical problem solving.
+ You have Excel MO 201 certification or ability to attain (Microsoft expert certification).
+ You have 3+ years of banking, financial services or finance experience.
+ You have 1+ year of project management experience OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
+ You have excellent analytical and quantitative skills to generate insights from data and translate it into actionable changes.
+ You have advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
+ You have exceptional organizational skills and pay keen attention to detail.
+ You have ability to write, present, share ideas and articulate concepts.
+ You haveproblem-solving skills to make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines.
**Compensation Range:**
$69,230.00 - $149,000.00
