In this role, the Environmental Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facility's environmental impact, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
**_Key Responsibilities_** **:**
Serves as the facility Environmental Manger, reporting to the ESH Manager. Oversees all facility Environmental compliance with legal and Central requirements.
+ Internal and external environmental reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring;
+ Environmental regulations and requirements evaluation for new projects;
+ Project permitting and data gathering;
+ Environmental compliance litigation assistance;
+ Oversight of waste handling contractor(s);
+ Environmental training, awareness, and communication;
+ Implement and maintain an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and internal standards;
+ Environmental audit and inspection reporting and corrective action implementation oversight;
+ Implementation and maintenance of central environmental initiatives and programs;
+ Develop concepts, procedures, or work instructions for environmental protection and continuous improvement;
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field
+ 3-5 years related experience
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

+ ISO 14001 Auditor Certification
+ Experience with air and water permitting and reporting

- Supports adherence to internal controls related to treasury functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK
Bachelor’ degree in Accounting Finance, Public Administration or related field required; supplemented by three (3) years of demonstrated experience in treasury operations, preferably in a public sector environment, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Experience in enterprise finance systems and treasury software is preferred.

This position plans, coordinates and conducts the forensic examination and analysis of digital, electronic and mobile device data to include but not limited to: hard drives, thumb drives, memory cards, and cellular devices.
Responsibilities- Plans, coordinates and conducts the forensic examination and analysis of digital, electronic and mobile device data to include but not limited to: hard drives, thumb drives, memory cards, and cellular devices.
- Assists with the execution of highly complex digital forensics requiring the use of specialized technical equipment and software for the purpose if discovering and analyzing available, deleted or "hidden" information.
- Examine evidence to determine the best strategy for exploitation, in consultation with other subject matter experts as needed. Safeguards evidence for other examinations, i.e., latent print examinations. Reviews evidence and exercises independent judgment to determine the proper approach and sequence of examinations.
- Disassemble, as needed, any components or devices when required to gain access to digital data. Search written or digital media, and extract targeted data for storage and future processing or analysis. Process and analyze extracted data to potentially isolate information of specific interest.
- Document examination results/findings in the WEAT database. Annotate the case file documentation, detailing the processing techniques and the examination results. Prepare final written reports. Perform administrative and/or technical reviews of reports and worksheets.
- Participates in quality control activities that include instrument maintenance and calibration.
Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred and 4-6 years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience requiring similar knowledge, skills, abilities, and performing duties as described may be substituted for the minimum requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in conducting forensic examinations on digital media.
- Demonstrated experience with forensics tools such as Cellbrite, EnCase, Axiom, XRY, Forensic Toolkit (FTK), and Xways.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to the Forensics and Intelligence communities (i.e., experience in writing technical reports, presenting briefs).
- Understanding of steganography and encryption detection and analysis
- Understanding of managing complex large data set analysis.
- Must be able to successfully pass all medical requirements for deployment.
- Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Candidate must be capable of deep dives into electronic media to include cell phones, hard drives, drones, SD cards.
- Certifications in relevant exploitation tools such as GFCE, GFCA, CFCE, ACE, EnCE, CCO, CPA and CCME are desired.
- Demonstrated experience with forensics tools such as Cellbrite, EnCase, Axiom, XRY, Forensic Toolkit (FTK), and Xways.

- Examine current processes and implement, or recommend improvements to drive out waste. Follow processes that are set by Engineering and assist with the implementation of any process and transportation design changes.
**Supplier/Carrier Relations**
- Work with suppliers to correct part/shipment issues. Track shipments to ensure shipment deadlines are met. Work with carriers to resolve issues in transit or at customer facility.
**Other Projects**

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of inventory/auditing/transportation experience preferred
- Fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics
- Ability to learn and operate various inventory and transportation management systems, in addition to extension applications.

**Job Summary:**
As the Senior Energy Markets & Policy Analyst in the Energy Services Department, you will be a critical part of a team of highly passionate and dedicated energy experts, working to advance innovative solutions to solve some of the nation's most challenging energy problems. You will work to identify and leverage wholesale market programs, state and federal incentives, regulatory structures, and utility programs to create additional value for our various commercial, industrial, and utility electric power customers, enabling dynamic and flexible generation solutions that support our customer's operations. This position allows significant room for professional development and career growth.
**What you will do:**
In this role, you will perform energy policy, regulatory, utility program, and market analysis for the Department, identifying new opportunities and risks to our business. You will work closely with our Financial Analysts, Technical Sales Support Team, Software Developers, and Business Development Team to directly influence the development of new solutions for our customers - ensuring their DERs are providing optimal value. Job duties include:
+ Maintain an understanding of the US and state regulatory landscape, utility programs, and wholesale markets in the Northeast, the Mid-Atlantic, and TX and other regions as we expand; and represent Caterpillar as an expert in meetings with regulators, agency officials, utilities, customers, and other stakeholders.
+ Partner with internal departments and outside consultants to monitor market programs and public policy changes (including but not limited to regulation, legislation, government enforcement, and litigation), and prepare written analysis of business opportunities and business impacts of proposals or changes.
+ Work with team members to develop new offerings based on market, regulatory, programmatic, or policy opportunities or risks.
**What you will have:**
+ **Accuracy and attention to detail:** Extensive experience effectively processing and synthesizing large quantities of detailed information (including but not limited to legislation, regulations, and utility tariffs) with high levels of accuracy, while productively balancing speed and accuracy.
+ **Effective Communication:** Extensive Experience effectively compiling and communicating complex concepts and adapting communication tools appropriately for the intended audience.

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior IT Analyst, Internal Controls Governance to assess and monitor technology risks to the company's operations and financial statements. This individual would be responsible for gathering assurance and evidence that identified risks are appropriately defined and mitigating controls are designed and operating effectively. The ideal candidate will coordinate with other risk related groups (i.e. Information Security, Technology, etc) to ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements and drive business ownership of internal controls.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Identify, document, assess and monitor key technology controls supporting the financial environment.
- Maintain and prepare detailed and accurate documentation, including system descriptions, control descriptions, risk and control matrices, process flowcharts, and management responses and remediation.
- Assess and respond to control design certification changes by updating internal controls documentation, addressing remediation needs, and collaborating with business cycle and process owners to implement effective solutions.
- Conduct walkthroughs of processes and internal controls to effectively identify and validate key control activities.
- Partner with the Audit team to ensure the operating effectiveness of key control activities.
- Define and identify control gaps and provide recommendations (remediation/mitigation) for control process improvements.
- Partner with the Information Security team to facilitate the Service Organization Control (SOC) audits and the report issuance
- Monitor task status in Auditboard (governance and risk tool) related to the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
- Effectively communicate results of activities in an accurate and concise manner verbally and in writing.
- Lead and/or participate on multiple ad-hoc projects (i.e. system implementations, risk-based projects) and tasks, ensuring each engagement is conducted efficiently and effectively.
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in external audit, internal audit, SOX compliance or a related field.
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in external audit, internal audit, SOX compliance or a related field
- Experience documenting and evaluating IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and automated business process controls.
- Experience using governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms such as AuditBoard, or similar tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Visio (or equivalent process mapping tools).
- Experience conducting control walkthroughs, preparing risk and control matrices, and drafting process documentation such as narratives and flowcharts.
- Experience supporting or coordinating SOC 1 or SOC 2 audits, including evidence collection and control testing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess and remediate control deficiencies.
- CISA or CIA certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Auditboard preferred
- Experience navigating and leveraging ServiceNow and FastPath a plus
- Automotive industry experience preferred
USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
