+ Responsible for budget/estimate/forecast updates in areas of Opex (cost center expenses)/CAPEX/HC

In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring our Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.) is optimally configured, utilized, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs. You will play a crucial part in designing and implementing solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency across various departments.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**-** **Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:**
**- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Product Owners, Development Teams, IT, Business Users) to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for Atlassian tool configurations and enhancements.**
**- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.**
**- Conduct workshops, interviews, and other elicitation techniques to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the Atlassian ecosystem.**
**-** **Atlassian Configuration & Administration:**
**- Perform hands-on configuration and administration of Atlassian products, primarily Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM). This includes setting up projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, issue types, and security permissions.**
**- Design and optimize Jira workflows to reflect business processes and ensure efficient task management.**
**- Create and manage Confluence spaces, pages, and templates to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.**
**- Configure JSM portals, request types, and SLAs to deliver high-velocity service.**
**Reporting & Analytics:**
**- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Atlassian Analytics, JQL (Jira Query Language), and other business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide insights into project progress, team performance, and system usage.**
