Leading tier I automotive supplier is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to work in their process-oriented finance and accounting team. Reporting to a Sr. Manager with 25 years at the company, you will work closely with site managers. Your responsibilities include:
- Generate and analyze monthly P&L reports across various business segments to provide actionable insights.
- Present and discuss monthly financial performance and analysis with site leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the upload of financial data (budget, forecast, actuals) into the accounting system, ensuring data integrity.
- Investigate and explain monthly financial variances with site and department managers.
- Develop and present forward-looking monthly forecasts, including key financial statements.
- Lead the end-to-end budget development process, collaborating with teams to meet financial targets.
- Support sales with financial data and ad-hoc analysis for negotiations.
- Partner in new product introduction by providing relevant financial analysis.
- Collaborate on launching the new consolidated accounting system.
- Act as a finance business partner for site management, providing strategic guidance.
- Handle other tasks as required to contribute to team objectives.
This role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable in an open office setting with up to six colleagues. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups)
Preferred but not required skills:
- ERP experience
- CapEx accounting analysis

- Working knowledge of IFRS

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cybersecurity Analyst - Third Party Risk to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors, partners, and service providers. You will play a critical role in protecting our organization's data and systems by ensuring our external relationships meet our security standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Perform third-party cybersecurity risk assessments and due diligence for vendors by evaluating security controls through questionnaires, documentation reviews, and ratings tools; collaborate with procurement, legal, and business units to embed cybersecurity requirements into contracts and vendor selection processes.
