We are looking for a Data Analyst (CRM) to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain integrated data pipelines combining CRM platform data (e.g., SFMC) with web analytics (Google Analytics) for unified campaign reporting.
• Analyze email marketing campaign performance: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Conduct A/B tests on email subject lines, content, and CTAs; analyze results to recommend optimizations.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) that provide clear, actionable insights on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and data engineering teams to understand data needs and support campaign strategy.
• Validate data quality and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and customer behavior patterns to optimize marketing strategies and customer retention efforts.
• Support segmentation and personalization initiatives by leveraging CRM and behavioral data.
• Assist in the creation of customer retention models and customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve multi-channel marketing efforts and overall customer journey.
• Document processes, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Mentor junior analysts on CRM data best practices and analytics techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in CRM analysis, marketing analytics, or data-driven campaign optimization.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar.
• Experience integrating marketing data from multiple sources (e.g., SFMC, Google Analytics).
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, DOMO).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, segmentation, and conversion funnel analysis.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue attribution, engagement metrics.
• Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for data compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.

General Statement Of Duties

The Business Analyst's role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of the Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) internal and external customers. The role will support the software development process by helping in the design decision-making process, ensuring business solutions are understood, and project deliverables are met according to determined specifications. This includes interviewing customers to gather and compile user requirements, helping the business make good technology decisions, and researching new technology solutions for use.

Distinguishing Factors

Positions in this classification are distinguished from other classifications with a focus on executing user acceptance tests that will validate the agreed-upon business requirements have been met. This also involves engaging user groups to receive feedback directly from customers during the user acceptance testing phase. This position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Engagement.

Essential Functions Of the Position

1. Acts as an interface between the customers and the project teams.
2. Establishes strong relationships with internal and external customers and provides ongoing customer communications.
3. Engages with customers to document changes to business processes and tools (products, services, and software) that can improve efficiencies and add value.
4. Conduct interviews to gather business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, and workflow storyboards.
5. Documents user stories and user acceptance criteria.
6. Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected business requirements.
7. Assists in conducting research on both in-house and commercial off-the-shelf applications to assess the business value, ensure compatibility and interoperability, and support purchasing efforts.
8. Assists more senior Business Analysts in design sessions in prototyping new interfaces, applications, and systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
9. Translates conceptual business requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the project team.
10. Participates in peer reviews of the business and functional requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
11. Documents process models and business flow diagrams that describe the current state and requested state to provide direction to the project teams.
12. Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are clearly understood.
13. Coordinates and performs in-depth user acceptance tests to verify that the finished product represents the needs of the customers.
14. Facilitates customer reviews of upcoming application changes and communicates feedback back to the project team.
15. May provide orientation and training to customers for all modified and new systems.
16. Provides advanced Tier III support to customers.
17. Contributes to ITS knowledge base to provide a high level of knowledge sharing and customer service across the entire department.
18. Actively participates in and fosters a positive team culture built on teamwork, collaboration, and respect.
19. Attends meetings and training as required.
20. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and two years of experience within the Colorado Judicial Department.

Two years of experience within the Colorado Judicial Department. Additional work experience in these or other related fields may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required formal education.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. We are currently hiring multiple full-time Payroll Analyst positions, including both permanent and limited-duration opportunities.

Limited-duration positions are full-time, benefit-eligible roles with a set end date. These positions are expected to last through June 30, 2027, but may end earlier or be extended, depending on business needs.

DAS is the backbone of Oregons state government, driving accountability and efficiency in financial, human, and information resources. We provide critical services to state and local agencies, empowering them to fulfill their missions effectively.

As a Payroll Analyst, you play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

What Youll Do:

Audit timesheets, verify deductions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, including the Oregon Accounting Manual (OAM), GAAP, and collective bargaining agreements.

Serve as the go-to expert for employees, supervisors, and agencies on payroll policies and procedures.

Investigate and correct payroll errors, manage overpayments, and handle special payroll scenarios.

Support onboarding and exiting employees, including benefits and insurance (ACA & COBRA).

Partner with our Central Payroll team to improve process and ensure data is accurate.

Please note these positions will require on-site training and upon completion you will operate on a hybrid remote work schedule with 2 days a week on-site in the Salem office.

Two years of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information that must include accounting, financial or numerical data, or payroll processing; OR

At least 96 quarter (64 semester) credit hours or an associates degree from an accredited college, university, or vocational technical school that includes 12 quarter (8 semester) hours in accounting, business, or finance; OR

Possession of a Certified Payroll Professionals (CPP) certificate; OR

One year of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information that must include accounting, data, or payroll processingANDat least 44 quarter (29 semester) credit hours from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 8 quarter (5 semester) hours in accounting, business, or finance; OR

One year of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information and must include accounting, data, or payroll processingANDpossession of a payroll certification from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school.

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $04,000.00- 126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is 80,800.00 - 150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

What Youll Do

• Translate Vision into Action: Partner with Product Owners and delivery leaders to turn business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Lead Agile Delivery: Manage the teams backlog, support sprint planning and execution, and lead refinement sessions with a focus on quality and value.
• Design & Analyze: Translate requirements into functional specs, use cases, models, and clear documentation. Create and maintain technical documentation aligned to business goals.
• Support Core Systems: Configure, maintain, and support the Fiserv DNA platformBECUs mission-critical core banking system. Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (DBE, PMO) and frontline departments (tellers, operations, contact center) to identify process impacts and design thoughtful solutions.
• Optimize & Improve: Proactively seek ways to optimize system performance and member experience by configuring systems and supporting enhancements and upgrades.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Coordinate with external partners on technical requirements, delivery timelines, and vendor-provided upgrades.
