Data Entry Analyst. This position is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and tracking maintenance activities to ensure work is completed on time and in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards. **What you will be responsible for:**
+ Oversee and support data entry activities throughout all phases of the aircraft maintenance process, including arrival, active maintenance, departure, and post test flight.
+ Conduct audits to ensure all maintenance records, entries, and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies, customer requirements, and FAA regulations.
+ Maintain and update necessary records within internal and customer ERP systems, including but not limited to SCEPTRE, StAAR, and Concourse.
+ Assist with the preparation and validation of aircraft maintenance packages, tally sheets, and associated forms to support aircraft readiness and release.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure all reporting, documentation, and compliance obligations are met.
+ Track open items, resolve discrepancies or rejections, and ensure completion of all transactions in alignment with company procedures and customers' expectations.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

General Statement Of Duties
The Business Analyst's role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of the Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) internal and external customers. The role will support the software development process by helping in the design decision-making process, ensuring business solutions are understood, and project deliverables are met according to determined specifications. This includes interviewing customers to gather and compile user requirements, helping the business make good technology decisions, and researching new technology solutions for use.
Distinguishing Factors
Positions in this classification are distinguished from other classifications with a focus on executing user acceptance tests that will validate the agreed-upon business requirements have been met. This also involves engaging user groups to receive feedback directly from customers during the user acceptance testing phase. This position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Engagement.
Essential Functions Of the Position
- Acts as an interface between the customers and the project teams.
- Establishes strong relationships with internal and external customers and provides ongoing customer communications.
- Engages with customers to document changes to business processes and tools (products, services, and software) that can improve efficiencies and add value.
- Conduct interviews to gather business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, and workflow storyboards.
- Documents user stories and user acceptance criteria.
- Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected business requirements.
- Assists in conducting research on both in-house and commercial off-the-shelf applications to assess the business value, ensure compatibility and interoperability, and support purchasing efforts.

We are currently hiring multiple full-time Payroll Analyst positions, including both permanent and limited-duration opportunities.
Limited-duration positions are full-time, benefit-eligible roles with a set end date. These positions are expected to last through June 30, 2027, but may end earlier or be extended, depending on business needs.

DAS is the backbone of Oregons state government, driving accountability and efficiency in financial, human, and information resources. We provide critical services to state and local agencies, empowering them to fulfill their missions effectively.
As a Payroll Analyst, you play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
What Youll Do:
Audit timesheets, verify deductions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, including the Oregon Accounting Manual (OAM), GAAP, and collective bargaining agreements.
Serve as the go-to expert for employees, supervisors, and agencies on payroll policies and procedures.
Investigate and correct payroll errors, manage overpayments, and handle special payroll scenarios.
Support onboarding and exiting employees, including benefits and insurance (ACA & COBRA).
Partner with our Central Payroll team to improve process and ensure data is accurate.
Please note these positions will require on-site training and upon completion you will operate on a hybrid remote work schedule with 2 days a week on-site in the Salem office.
Two years of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information that must include accounting, financial or numerical data, or payroll processing; OR
At least 96 quarter (64 semester) credit hours or an associates degree from an accredited college, university, or vocational technical school that includes 12 quarter (8 semester) hours in accounting, business, or finance; OR
Possession of a Certified Payroll Professionals (CPP) certificate; OR
One year of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information that must include accounting, data, or payroll processingANDat least 44 quarter (29 semester) credit hours from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 8 quarter (5 semester) hours in accounting, business, or finance; OR
One year of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information and must include accounting, data, or payroll processingANDpossession of a payroll certification from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school.
