The Job:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, youll be part of our Controllership team located in Verona/Tupelo, MS. Youll get to:
- Fixed Asset Management including project tracking, CIP reconciliation, and updating of our fixed asset system (P4K) & SAP/Ariba. Maintain and control fixed asset sub-ledger and monitor and review fixed asset expenditures, CIP reviews, fixed asset audits and idle assets.
- Prepare and report out on information related to the annual cost roll and other costing initiatives
- Perform standard costing activities for new products
- Collaborate with CI leadership, track monthly savings and compare to forecast, vet project ideations, manage ProTrak savings system.
- Support MRO and Tooling spending for appropriate accounting and coding of expenses. Reporting for MRO analysis.
- Support facility with daily & weekly reporting of key performance metrics.
- Monthly close support including accruals (compensation/benefits), stat entries, general reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Inter-Company activities with sister plants and global entities.
- Support site Internal Audits assuring minimal findings and timely closure of countermeasure actions.
- Working effectively in a matrix environment and liaison with BU and corporate finance and controllership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational applications.

- Assist with PQA, weekly and monthly QC to identify gaps. The candidate will ensure, once a gap is identified, updates are provided to staff to make sure everyone has the correct information.
- Responsible for ensuring all KS documents are up to date with current and correct information.
- Assist with quality reviews of escalated cases for the program and work closely with management to ensure items of significance are shared timely and risks/issues are opened as warranted.
