Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide month end support under tight deadlines as well as year-end accounting closing activities.
Backup accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing functions.
Ensures financial statements are accurately stated before closing the accounting period. Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
Perform sales revenue by state as needed by the tax dept.
Responsible for assisting the integrity of the closing process for Oracle and JDE systems.
Prepare and ensure that all journal entries are prepared in accordance with GAAP and company policy. Assist with gathering data to help support with the forecast and the budget.
Generate reports and analysis on both the P&L and balance sheet daily and weekly and track that against the forecast.
Provide analytical support in order to help drive business decisions: Product Margin Analysis, Working Capital Assessment, Risks & Opportunities, etc.
Support the financial forecasting, annual planning and bridging activities. Gathering data and preparing reports for key personnel as requested.
Complete company self-assessment testing for compliance adherence.
Assist with analysis and reporting from corporate productivity tracker.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution.
5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in manufacturing environment.

The Procurement Data Analyst at Trillium Flow Technologies is responsible for sourcing goods and services essential to operations, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, supplier relationship management, and cost control. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement efficiency and aligning purchasing strategies with business goals.

• Source and procure goods and services based on business needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance standards are met.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality or delivery.

PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL DEMANDS

This role operates in a standard office environment but may require occasional visits to the production facilities. The position requires frequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. Occasional travel to partner offices or audit meetings may be required. Physical requirements may include lifting up to 20 pounds, walking across plant environments, and remaining seated or standing for extended periods.

When in production areas, compliance with GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense, and SQF protocols is mandatory. Slip-resistant footwear is required, and strict adherence to dress code and hygiene standards must be followed.

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst works closely with Client Relations team members, Client Services Executives, and Client Success Managers to provide effective, timely, and innovative solutions to support revenue consulting services to local government clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analyses and related research using traditional and advanced methods for various research and consulting projects.
• Forecast local government tax revenue with relevance to business trends, market analysis, and socio-economic factors.
• Synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data; design workflows and procedures.
• Provide advice and technical assistance to clients and team members.
• Process special requests with urgency from in-house client representatives and/or external clients via email, phone, or in-person verbal communication.
• Assist/execute all aspects of the reporting production.
• Continually update and standardize data sets and resolve anomalies.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations.
• Work with the IT department when necessary to resolve problems and implement improvements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or the equivalent amount of related experience required.

• Oversee the management and integrity of HR data across various applications and databases
• Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards that support strategic HR initiatives
• Analyze data trends to support business decisions and improve workforce planning
• Recommend and implement enhancements that optimize workflows and maximize the functionality of HR systems
• Collaborate with IT to coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and improvements
• Serve as a go-to resource for departments across the organization, providing support and insights on existing HR systems and reports

• Minimum of 3 years as a Data Analyst
• Minimum of 3 years with relational database management systems (RDMS) and SQL mining data, and working with complex datasets in a business environment
• Familiarity with ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
• Proficiency in Excel, Crystal Reports, and Business Intelligence tools
• Deep understanding of source systems and their data structures.
• Prior experience with Workday is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and customer service mindset
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet goals
• Demonstrated skill in sourcing and merging disparate data sets to answer critical questions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• If substituting experience, a high school diploma or GED accredited by the U.S. Department of Education is required
