This team currently operates on a hybrid schedule and will be expected to be in the office multiple times per month.
In this role you will:
Perform and present financial analysis and reporting including sales, costs and gross margin analysis for Command Center Business Unit
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making process for senior management
Support the forecasting and consolidation process for the Command Center Software orders, revenue and gross margin
Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive accurate reporting process
Create and publish various month and quarter end reports

Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD

Financial Analyst
**PRIMARY PURPOSE:** To assist in financial planning, analysis and reporting activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university preferred. MBA preferred. MSF, MAcc, CPA, or CISA certification preferred.
**Experience**
Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
**Skills & Knowledge**
+ Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes, including US GAAP, control techniques, budgeting, and auditing
+ Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) and how they interrelate
+ Ability to communicate technical information and influence management
+ Working knowledge of SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation Reporting (BPC) a plus
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability across markets.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards that clearly communicate business performance and financial insights.
- Assist in M&A evaluations, capital expenditure analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 23 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Ability to work onsite from our Burr Ridge office 4 days per week.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle and NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Base Pay Range :
$80,000 - $90,000
