"Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a critical role in supporting the cash process for Alstom's US Reporting Units by preparing accurate and timely cash-out forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and driving financial insights that impact business operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Shared Services, FP&A, and Treasury), review and monitor intercompany cash transactions, and support month-end close activities, and much more."
We'll look to you for:
- Preparing cash-out forecasts for payroll, benefits, suppliers, and capex, primarily supporting Alstom Transport USA Inc. and Alstom Transportation Inc., while also providing support to other US reporting units. ,
- Reviewing weekly Treasury foreign currency payment runs and ensuring hedges and spot-purchases are in place for weekly payment runs. ,
- Directing Shared Services to apply payments to correct hedges. ,
- Reviewing and monitoring intercompany cash transactions. ,
- Preparing the Month-end Exposure Declaration file in the Treasury system. ,
- Presenting weekly cash-out forecasts to FP&A with variance explanations driven by business operations. ,
- Performing deep-dive analysis of actual, budget, and forecast variances. ,
- Inputting cash information (cash-in and cash-out) into the consolidation tool as part of the month-end close and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency between direct and indirect cash flow methods. ,
- Preparing cash-out budgets and mid-year bottom-up re-forecasts of cash out. ,
- Reviewing bank reconciliations and collaborating with Shared Services to ensure reconciliations are performed on time."

Target salary range for this position is between $69,400.00 and $87,800.00 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.
