Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking multiple candidates to support various Project Offices (PO) within the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Aviation (PEO AV) . Positions may include Engineers, Analysts, Logisticians, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and Programmatic Support roles. These positions are based in Huntsville, AL, and are contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities/Duties May Include- Provide technical support services, systems engineering, and other acquisition-related support to PEO AV PO, ensuring program compliance with regulations.
- Offer subject matter expertise for specific PEO AV weapons systems; coordinate with the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), the CCDC Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), PEO AV HQ, other government agencies, and contractors.
- Perform analysis, reviews, evaluations, and contribute to Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams.
- Support logistics planning and support, including risk provisioning, technical publications, fielding, New Equipment Training (NET), RAM assessments, and obsolescence tracking.
- Perform budget estimates, track contract deliverables, draft contract letters, monitor budget obligations and expenditures, and support POM development.
- Experience with Department of Defense Acquisition Programs, preferably within the PEO Aviation portfolio.
- Qualifications vary by position in terms of degree and years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

**Job Description**
As a Financial Analyst, Senior supporting the Alabama Supercomputer Authority, you will be trusted to work on a variety of financial and business processes on the Alabama Supercomputer Program. You will be performing a vital role in support of the largest research and education network in the state of Alabama. In this role, a typical day will include:
+ Serve as the E-rate lead, which includes high involvement in all E-rate processes to help ensure that all related deliverables are met and on time. Must also assist in ensuring E-rate audit readiness tasks.
+ Assist in all large-scale proposals, such as contract re-compete proposals.
+ Manage and track all telco billing, payments, orders, disconnect, etc.
+ Assist in identifying, communicating, testing, and tracking of requirements for the ongoing buildout of a web application used both internally as well as shared with the customer.
+ Assist with the financial forecast on a monthly basis.
+ Work closely and frequently with customer, often on sensitive matters.
+ Ad-hoc projects as they arise.

**Your key responsibilities**
As a Financial Planner Line (FPL) Staff, you will acquire the knowledge and expertise of specific benefit and retirement plans for existing and new client engagements. You'll conduct and/or participate in Financial Planning Line training (including engagement-specific training), assist with new client engagements, facilitate Financial Planning Line's communications, and provide ample assistance to team members by sharing knowledge to develop and enhance service delivery.
