Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sr. Consultants are primarily responsible for leading project execution by understanding the client's problem statement, designing analysis/model framework that works best, and coordinating team meetings to communicate the model results.

  • Creating Promotion Response Models, Sales Force Sizing Structure, Incentive Compensation Design and Goal setting models for our clients' sales teams.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $146,300.00 - $243,800.00.
