**Position Summary:**
Cesium, now part of Bentley Systems, defines the standard for 3D geospatial visualization and streaming across industries from construction and defense to aerospace and energy. As we scale our commercial business, we're seeking a technically strong, customer-focused Solutions Engineer to help convert inbound demand into strategic wins.
This role blends technical acumen, customer engagement, and business insight. You'll serve as the technical face of Cesium in business engagements, helping prospects and partners understand our technology, design high-impact solutions, and drive adoption of the Cesium platform in commercial workflows.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with Business Development to support pre-sales conversations, customer discovery, and proposal development with a strong technical foundation.
+ Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations to help customers evaluate CesiumJS, Cesium Native, 3D Tiles, and Cesium ion for their needs.
+ Act as a solutions architect: assess customer tech stacks, design integrations, and map Cesium capabilities to real-world requirements.
+ Collaborate with product management to surface customer feedback and shape product direction.
+ Serve as a Cesium advocate in conferences, webinars, and community forums by building trust through transparency and technical credibility.
+ Produce clear, concise documentation, technical blogs, and demo apps that help educate users and accelerate adoption.
+ Work closely with marketing and comms to translate technical use cases into compelling stories and demos.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of software engineering experience with JavaScript, C++, or similar.
+ Proficient with CesiumJS, Cesium ion, or other modern 3D visualization tools.
+ Experience working directly with customers, sales engineers, or technical support.
+ Solid understanding of 3D graphics concepts: WebGL, 3D Tiles, shaders, and rendering pipelines.
+ Comfortable writing custom integrations using REST APIs and web-based platforms.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience with open-source contributions, particularly Cesium-related, is a major plus.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geospatial Sciences, or equivalent experience.
+ Deep knowledge of CesiumJS architecture, 3D Tiles specification, and asset pipelines preferred.
+ Experience integrating Cesium into enterprise environments or building scalable, cloud-based geospatial applications preferred.

Overview

Susquehanna is currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to work on our Proprietary Trading Services team. You will be joining a group focusing on the support and technical operations of our front office core trading systems. 

This team is responsible for all aspects of server side application support: job scheduling, troubleshooting issues, intraday restarts, tactical response to production issues, deploying change and working directly with our developer and engineering teams.  

In this role you will

• Provide daily support of proprietary trading systems that are crucial to our business
• Coordinate, implement and support daily system level changes, in a Windows and Linux environment
• Troubleshoot trading related issues by investigating client/server log files
• Responsible for server side application support, job scheduling, and basic scripting
• Coordinate technical resources and communicate to both business and technology communities during production issues

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a support, operations, systems administration, or related role required
• Ability to independently identify problems and develop solutions
• The role involves some off-hours support/response and participation in an on-call rotation.
• An understanding operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) is required
• Powershell, Python, or Bash scripting experience required
• Previous experience within a financial services or trading environment is a plus
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline preferred

Key Responsibilities:
+ To implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Cadance skills.
+ Knowledge of the Epic Cadance EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality.
+ Epic Cadance knowledge and should have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
+ Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
+ Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.
+ Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
+ Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of work experience
+ Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Epic experience
+ Strong hands-on implementation experience in Cadence
+ Cadence Epic certification is must
+ Strong understanding of Cadence workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy
+ Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and vendors.
+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
