Develop positioning and control algorithms for systems utilizing Simulink models and C++ software. Perform simulations to validate model development. Create automated software tests. Write, maintain, and archive design documents, models, source code and other work products necessary for projects. Communicate designs and analysis results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders. Contribute to the design of new products and processes; perform product and process maintenance. Partner with and provide technical guidance within and between units and other teams. Gather relevant information, compare, and contrast data, identify relationships, and predict and manage failures. Work in any functional areas including, but not limited to, product design, development, research, quality, reliability, application and installation, and product performance/support. Review the work of technicians or other support personnel, provide technical advice to individuals in the organization and work with other units or teams. Perform needs analysis and initiate ideas. Evaluate new products, processes, or systems. Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units. Perform product and process maintenance. Collaborate with and support other engineers, managers, marketing personnel, customers, and suppliers, maintain technical currency, and represent the company externally. REQS: This position requires a master's degree, or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Materials Science or a related field and One year of experience in Software Engineering or related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Materials Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in Software Engineering or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Development experience with Simulink, & C++; (2) 1 year experience with Kalman Filters; (3) 1 year experience with real-time operating systems; (4) 1 year experience with kinematic software for machine systems; and (5) 1 year experience with sensing technology like IMU's, GNSS receivers, laser receivers, or UTS systems. **Summary Pay Range:**
$97,032.00 - $143,520.00

As the Senior Performance Simulation Application Engineer within the Driveline group you will be responsible for applying design, simulation and analysis techniques to create outstanding products. In this role, your two main areas of focus will be on (1) developing advanced product diagnostic & prognostic solutions and, (2) analyze complex drivetrain systems using various analysis software. You will work across a matrix organization actively collaborating with subject matter experts and other process partners to develop solutions to complex problems. To be successful, a very high degree of collaboration and communication skill is necessary. You will also be responsible for proactive develop of your skill sets that enable you to be the subject matter expert in this field. Other key desired skills include strong computational skills, project management, problem solving and analytical thinking.
**What you will do**
+ Perform data mining, feature extraction, and data processing processes; creating appropriate data models.
+ Conduct research on data model optimization and algorithms to improve effectiveness and accuracy on data analyses.

Maintain direct contact with products, machines, or components while working in the field or at customer sites or may have direct contact with suppliers and customers to develop processes or resolve problems. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science or a related field plus 5 years of experience in testing, design, or validation activities, or related occupation. **Requirements** : This position requires a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience developing performance, controls, or behavioral system simulations of heavy-duty: diesel engines, spark ignited engines, dual fuel engines, engine aftertreatment systems and subsystems or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will also accept master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field, plus 2 years of experience developing performance, controls, or behavioral system simulations of heavy-duty: diesel engines, spark ignited engines, dual fuel engines, engine aftertreatment systems and subsystems or related occupation. **Principal Software Development Engineer**
This role is for a Principal Software Engineer in the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) team within the Platform Security area. This team is responsible for building critical security services and capabilities for the Splunk Platform, for both cloud and on-premise customers. PKI plays a critical role to ensure customer data remains secure, and so this team is required to uphold the highest security standards for other platform teams.
**ROLE**

+ Experience with secrets key management systems such as AWS KMS and Vault is a plus

Base Pay Range: $203,200 - 279,400 per year
