Job Description
The Aircraft Project Manager has a critical role supporting a large fleet of business jet aircraft. They organize and coordinate cross-functional teams comprised of aircraft subject experts and stakeholders tasked with delivering time sensitive aircraft projects. The Aircraft Project Manager provides strategic guidance and tactical assistance as required to each team. The output of this position is the "hands-on" coordination of various stakeholders tasked with ensuring each project is properly justified, implemented, and tracked to schedule. They provide continuous aircraft project and integration status, communications, and recommendations to Maintenance leadership and other groups. The Aircraft Project Manager will serve on the QA team as a fleet level leader of aircraft related projects, integration, and conformity.
Responsibilities
* Manages the aircraft conformity process to ensure the aircraft meets all regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Prepares the document package(s) for the Chief Inspector for review prior to submission by the Chief Inspector to the FAA.
* Liaise, alongside the Chief Inspector, with all applicable departments to ensure a smooth entry into service of the aircraft.
* Overseeing pre-purchase inspection activities at the selected MRO.
* Manages the import and export of aircraft.
* Manages aircraft entering and exiting the fleet.
* Overseeing recordkeeping alongside the Technical Records Specialist
* Develop and own the aircraft project standard procedures and the gated process flow.
* Lead and/or assist in the development and execution of aircraft projects and campaigns.
* Perform the essential duties of project manager including visualized project status.
* Assess project requests and ensure return on investment and alignment with goals.
* Develop the strategy, execution plan and budget for aircraft projects.
* Develop SOPs and training as required to ensure a high level of accuracy.
* Manages special projects as requested by SVP, DOM, and other leadership.
* Perform QA Inspector duties, as needed.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Migrate SharePoint Server-side solutions from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016
- Troubleshoot and fix SharePoint OOB and custom application issues; provide root cause analysis in a timely manner
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, work with contents including site and site collection features, list, libraries, permissions and other SharePoint components.
- Execute product specification, system design, development, and system integration
- Participate in product and program collaboration
- Refactor SharePoint server-side applications and services to latest SharePoint platforms
- Maintain, configure, and improve SharePoint solutions and artifacts post migration

- Experience, Education and Skills
- 5+ years of SharePoint server-side solution development experience using SharePoint 2007 through SharePoint 2016
- 8+ years in any software development role
- Extensive knowledge of C#, .Net framework and ASP.Net
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Extensive knowledge of Site templates, SharePoint custom and OOB master pages and page layouts
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint server artifacts and services
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including SQL queries and other SQL Components, Performance troubleshooting and fixing performance issues
- Strong knowledge of InfoPath forms development with code behind and migration

Job Summary
The Lab Technician - Aviation Maintenance performs general duties that are of a technical nature in a specialized area. This role maintains and provides tools and equipment, performs diagnostic services and minor repairs, and performs other functions to support the aviation laboratory.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Laboratory Technical Support
- Distributes tools and equipment to students for classroom and laboratory use, documents disbursements, and collects and stores tools following use. Cleans tools, equipment, and floor. Cleans and maintains the lab area. Opens and closes the Lab at shift end and ensures equipment is stored in the proper location to secure the Aviation Lab.
- Ensures tools, equipment, and training aids are functional, operational, and performs needed diagnostic service and minor repairs. Replaces tools and equipment when necessary. Prepares new training aids and donated vehicles for laboratory use.
- Performs vehicle preventive maintenance. Charges batteries, maintains fuel levels, monitors tire pressure, and performs other maintenance of a routine nature. Schedules aircraft work for laboratory projects. Orders aircraft service and repair, labor time and estimation manuals, and updates automotive computer programs.
- Maintains and updates inventory of tools, special service kits, equipment, stock items, and vehicles. Monitors disbursements, orders needed items, and obtains bid offers on new equipment.
- Utilizes college-approved contractors to ensure proper handling and disposal of waste oil and other hazardous materials. Keeps accurate records. Completes and maintains required documentation, including inventory reports, work orders, and requisitions.
- Assists instructors. Obtains and returns training materials, sets up vehicles and other training aids, and arranges chairs, tables, and equipment. Answers routine questions, gives aviation lab tours, provides general information, and performs other duties to maintain good public and student relations.
- Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community.
- Must have a high school Diploma or GED with technical or vocational Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) training.
- Two (2) years of maintenance experience on an aircraft
- Aviation Maintenance Technician Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant Ratings
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s)
- Forklift Operator Certification preferred
