**Your opportunity**
The Asset Transfer Services (ATS) Department handles incoming and outgoing transfer requests for Schwab clients. ATS has set aggressive goals to lead the industry by creating the best transfer experience for our clients, internal business partners and contra/broker firms.
You will ensure "best in class" service to help our clients "own their tomorrow" by:
Performing a variety of functions and services for our Schwab Advisor Services and Investor Services client groups. As the Team Lead in Asset Transfer Services, the primary responsibilities are to assist the Team Manager in supervising, coaching, and developing a team of representatives. The Team Lead will be involved with workflow distribution and supporting daily operations of the team. Additionally, an integral part of this role includes understanding and acting as a subject matter expert. You will be asked to switch gears throughout the day from processing client account transfer requests, to assist with meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume processing spikes. The processing aspect encompasses a detailed review of assets to transfer and coordination with both clients and other financial institutions to ensure a clean receipt/delivery of funds. Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, and the ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with direct client interaction as they receive inbound client service calls and network internally to research and resolve client operational issues. This is a summary only and duties/responsibilities may be changed to meet the business and our clients needs.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ FINRA Series 7 Required
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, well organized manner
+ 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, in an operational or client service role

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Provide HQ FP&A with quarterly forecasts and supporting data explaining "Forecast to Actual" differences.
+ Responsible for fixed asset submissions for capitalization and construction-in-progress tracking.
+ Conversion cost productivity reporting and identify cost drives by platform/component and work with Ops BLs to establish problem solving action items.
+ Responsible for generating and managing flex nozzle program claims for all applicable customer programs.
+ Analyze direct and indirect material movements to identify cost drivers and understand preform roll forwards to tie inventory system MRO to ERP OSB and GL.
+ Account reconciliation peer review and preparation.
+ Support CSA and T&M teams with accurate repair billing.
+ Develop Lean skills and apply FLIGHT DECK principles.
+ Identify and implement simplification initiatives month end and quarter end closing
+ Understand and create applicable Enterprise Standards, SOPs and Process Maps
+ Ad-hoc research and projects to support business needs, including timely resolution of issues
+ Ensure alignment to GAAP and GE policies throughout the accounting process.

The Community Development Group of Charles Schwab Bank is seeking a Manager, Lending. This position is responsible for working closely with the Director of Lending to implement the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) eligible loan products and programs by originating, underwriting and closing a variety of community development loans consisting primarily of loans to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other financial intermediaries. This position is responsible for the credit quality of new CRA-eligible investments closed and for evaluating the credit risk, obtaining credit approvals, and overseeing the closing process for proposed loans. Works with Director of Lending to review, analyze, underwrite and manage through the closing process CRA eligible loan opportunities in the Bank's Assessment Areas, with particular emphasis on loans to CDFIs.

The Liquidity and Funding Management group within Treasury handles liquidity and funding planning across the corporation and its subsidiaries, including our bank and broker-dealers. We monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory ratios including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and associated public disclosures, Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), FR 2052a Liquidity Monitoring Report. We also develop tools to assist our business partners in analyzing the liquidity impacts of business decisions. We work with our second line partners to assist in the development of robust contingency liquidity analyses and plans to help identify emerging risks. This group is responsible for the design of company liquidity management policies, ensuring compliance at all times, and escalating issues to senior management as necessary. + OCC & NSCC clearing house subject matter expert: including collateral and cash requirement methodologies, research, forecasting and modeling
+ Understanding of broker dealer segregation routines
+ Optimize collateral selections for liquidity and pledging purposes while collaborating with the securities lending groups
+ Develop and publish dashboards and reporting that is readily available to team members and leadership
+ Drive automation of collateral and liquidity reporting and build robust analytics to support collateral pledging activities
+ Broker dealer subject matter expert for items impacting liquidity, 15c3-3, and 15c3-1and segregations routines
+ Monitor assets pledged to our counterparties across all legal entities
+ Work with cross functional teams to identify ways to reduce collateral requirements
+ Identify and monitor assets that are unencumbered and available to be pledged
+ Monitor and ensure collateral availability to support secured funding activities
+ Assist with booking trades and UAT testing in Calypso for the funding desk: commercial paper, internal/external repo, internal/external credit lines, and FHLB borrowing
+ Provide ad hoc projects, primarily related to liquidity
