Our Real Estate Tax Practice is comprised of a dedicated team of tax professionals strategically positioned across the country providing top notch tax consulting services to our clients. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline

Knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REIT taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring.
A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization
Technical writing and research experience in a tax context
The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects
Influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes
Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $80,700 to $33,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 96,800 to 151,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

What we're looking for:
- Degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of five years' experience in an analytical role.
- A good understanding of insurance accounting principles as well as a general understanding of reinsurance principles would be a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required. Significant work in general ledger software is a plus.
- Ability to inter-relate the various components of the company, i.e. claims, premium, marketing, etc., to effectively develop and manage the dynamic financial analysis model. The ability to see the big picture is a must.

- Analyze credit worthiness of a potential borrower and recommend either approval or denial of the request.
- Develop and manage business relationships with emphasis upon prudent growth and ongoing credit quality.
- Negotiate credit extensions. Work with clients on the structure and terms under which credit would be extended to include collateral requirements, repayment terms, pricing, and covenants required for extension of loans.
- Approve loans under approved authority limits.
- Ensure compliance with the Firms credit policies and regulations for all loans under his/her responsibility.
- Provide deposit products including but not limited to Demand Deposit Accounts, Money market Accounts, Savings Accounts, and CDs.

Job Description:At Regions, the Specialized Corporate Senior Credit Officer (SCO) is accountable for the credit quality (past dues, NPA, Criticized assets, Net Losses, Exceptions, etc.), profitability and growth of the total business loan portfolio in the assigned Specialized LOB/Industry Vertical. The Specialized Corporate Senior Credit Officer ensures and is responsible for execution of sound risk management practices as part of the 2nd Line of Defense. The position will be assigned to one of the specialized industries teams, such as Health Care, Tech & Defense, Transportation & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy, etc. The Specialized Corporate Senior Credit Officer serves as a subject matter expert and internal resource for Corporate Bank lending transactions where Senior Credit Officer approval is required and ensures sound risk management practices are applied to all related transactions. The position reports to a Corporate Bank Credit Division Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall creditworthiness of loan transactions within the assigned Specialized LOB/Industry vertical portfolio
- Manages the Specialized LOB/Industry verticals credit exposure to ensure adherence to Regions Risk Appetite Statement and to all asset quality, diversification, and exposure parameters
- Reports to Credit Division Executive and Executive management (when needed) and is accountable for the quality and profitability (return relative to risk) of the Specialized LOB/Industry verticals loan portfolios
- Serves as Policy Author to relevant policies under the Senior Credit Officers purview and routinely provides input to credit policy group(s) on revisions/amendments to existing standards, documentation requirements, and underwriting guidance
- Prepares a quarterly Credit Officer Summary Report discussing the risk, trends, and priority activities within the specialty group
- Partners with multiple Corporate Banking Group lines of business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and/or control throughout the Credit/Underwriting process
- Serves as an additional trainer/mentor for the respective Credit Products and Coverage teams to provide training and coaching to ensure consistent, sound underwriting practices
- Serves as a member of or project lead for various ad-hoc projects as needed
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $76,000 to $25,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 91,100 to 142,400. As an Infrastructure Architect Sr. - Cloud Financial Management you will collaborate with various teams to analyze to understand cloud usage patterns and identify areas for cost efficiency, cloud costs, identify optimization opportunities, determine variance cause and provide transparency into results. This role combines expertise in cloud services, financial management, and operational efficiency to ensure that cloud spending is optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall Cloud FinOps strategy for cloud resources, ensuring that the organization optimizes cloud spending.
• Continuously monitor cloud spending trends and provide recommendations on cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage cloud billing, including tracking usage patterns, analyzing cost reports, and ensuring accurate billing reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models for cloud costs, helping the organization predict future cloud expenses based on current usage patterns and anticipated growth.
• Provide visibility into cloud expenses across business units and departments, ensuring that costs are allocated correctly (e.g., showback or chargeback models)

JOB SUMMARY
The financial analyst will provide budgeting and analytical support to Southern Company Services (SCS) organizations and Southern Company affiliates by ensuring the timely and accurate review of financial transactions and the reporting of those transactions to various levels of management. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and communicate budgets and financial reporting for the SCS Departments and Major Projects
Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate SCS Business Unit financial status
Coordinate annual budget preparation and communications
Prepare and communicate monthly variance reporting and comprehensive analysis for budget, actual, and projection information
Provide guidance to managers regarding GAAP and Southern Company accounting policies
Ensure compliance with internal controls and make recommendations regarding needed changes and efficiency improvements
Provide guidance on accounting policies and activities to non-financial managers
Consolidate reporting for roll up and management reporting for both SCS Departments and/or Major Projects
