Job Description
The **Behavioral Science Expert** assists in leading the analytical mission for the customer in the proactive detection of insider risk detection. The candidate will demonstrate evidence of professional versatility and broad interests within the field of psychology/behavioral science to support the ongoing case load.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated experience in identifying and analyzing suspicious patterns of conduct and insider threat indicators
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant area such as Behavioral Science, Psychology, Psychiatry
+ Demonstrated experience in identifying and analyzing suspicious patterns of conduct and insider threat indicators.
+ Relevant experience in Behavioral Science and with the Critical Pathway to Insider Risk.
+ Strong analytic ability in areas of cognitive science, neuroscience, applied social sciences
+ Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel, tasks, and projects
+ Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Evidence of a strong academic record and a solid foundation in research design, methodology, execution, and statistical analysis is crucial knowledge of government contracting practices
+ Demonstrated expertise in conducting systematic research and analysis to provide insights into human behavior. This includes qualitative and quantitative techniques.
+ Proficiency in data analysis, potentially including advanced statistical methods and the ability to apply theoretical models.
+ Deep insight into human behavior, particularly in areas relevant to intelligence operations, national security, and organizational effectiveness.
+ Ability to analyze complex situations, identify gaps, evaluate data from multiple sources, and devise innovative solutions.
+ Familiarity with technical fields and disciplines, especially those related to intelligence systems, program management, and innovative technologies (e.g., AI and its ethical implications).

+ Must have an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph.
