The SENIOR MANAGER, BRAND MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCT MARKETING - will work as part of a team developing the brand and product strategy, partnering with development on multi-year product roadmaps, and guiding a global cross-functional organization for our Console and PC business.

**The Essentials**

What is my role?

What You'll Do

  • Assist in gathering info for all license reporting requirements including forecasting, placement reports, & selling reports.
  • Compile and summarize retailer feedback on a weekly basis to support licensor meetings and internal alignment.
  • Support communication with licensed partners, ensuring timely delivery of information, reports and presentation materials.
  • Assist in communication between Licensing, Creative, Sales and external partners to ensure that everyone is kept fully informed of all pertinent information. (On-floor dates, New or embargoed assets, etc.)
  • Work with Licensing Submissions counterpart on gathering samples for various marketing initiatives.

The Chase Freedom Brand Management team develops and executes brand strategies and creative campaigns, coordinating projects and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to drive impactful brand growth across the Freedom card portfolio.

As a Brand Management Associate on the Chase Freedom team, you are at the helm of helping to shape the portfolio's brand strategy and to bring its creative expression to fruition. You will be responsible for supporting campaign and GTM creative projects. You will help lead day-to-day creative development and project management, working closely with stakeholders across the Freedom brand team in place. Job responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of paid and owned creative campaigns by assisting with brief preparation, concepting, creative testing, production coordination, and asset trafficking to meet launch deadlines.
  • Help ensure brand consistency and alignment in paid and owned campaigns by collaborating with internal teams and championing the Freedom brand via our standards, guidelines, and best practices applied across channels.
  • Help track campaign budgets and support finance-related processes as needed.
  • Partner with analytics teams to gather campaign results, assist with reporting, and help identify learnings and best practices.
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues across brand, media, sports, entertainment, talent, social media, market research, analytics, and PR teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive card space to support team strategy and objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support the growth of peers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Advertising, Media, or Brand.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter, capable of learning on the job and actioning against direction and feedback.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and against clear deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to execution details.
  • Strong interest in brand management and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
