e are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branding & Events Assistant to join our team in New York. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone passionate about brand building, event coordination, and creating impactful experiences. You will support the development of brand initiatives, assist with event planning and execution, and help ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
This is a strictly on-site position . Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events — from concept development to on-site logistics — including vendor communication, scheduling, and resource organization.
Brand Support: Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are applied consistently across events, campaigns, and communications.
Content Creation: Support the development of event materials, presentations, and branded content for both digital and print use.
Campaign Support: Help track marketing and branding initiatives, gather insights, and prepare performance reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of branding and event activities.
On-Site Support: Provide hands-on assistance during events to ensure smooth execution and high-quality experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, design software, or event management tools is a plus.

The Project Leader will have responsibility for leading employment marketing efforts for an assigned business function. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment event logistics and planning, market research, digital marketing, strategy planning, and managing industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

- No direct responsibility for supervising others.
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
