Due to business growth, they seek an experienced Project Manager that will report directly to their Ownership group. Generating close to 60M in yearly revenue, they have a diverse portfolio including K12, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial ground up projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Negotiates revisions, changes, and additions with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors for changes in scope of work
- Ideal candidates should be able to manage a construction project to final completion; including, preconstruction services, constructability reviews, preparation of bid documents, estimating, budget implementation/analysis, subcontractor management, construction planning, and scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a construction related field, preferred
- 5+ years of commercial GC experience, preferred
- 3+ years as a Project Manager, running commercial projects, required
- Familiarity with construction management software, Procore experience is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFIs, and project close out procedures

Summary
Partner is seeking full-time Building Science Project Engineers across the country to complete Property & Facility Condition Assessments and subsequent due diligence reports for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems, provide recommendations for immediate repairs, and use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements
- Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)
- Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule and effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client
- Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client, while understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process
- Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope
- A Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
- 3+ years of experience performing property inspections
- 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Projects involve a degree of travel. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation to and from project sites
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on projects concurrently with a proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
- Familiar with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering, including construction and maintenance of structures and systems

Compensation
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
