Key Responsibilities- Analyze logistics and warehouse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment, dwell time, storage utilization, and transport accuracy
- Work cross-functionally with warehousing, customs, IT, and operations teams to optimize internal processes
- Assist in the deployment and continuous improvement of WMS and ERP systems
- Document business requirements, process flows, and performance metrics
- Support audits and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies for leadership and department heads
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics or warehousing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with WMS, ERP, or logistics software systems
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and warehouse processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Spanish; intermediate to advanced English preferred

Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. What You Will Do:
The Logistics Management Analyst will contribute to integrated logistics planning efforts, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
