This individual will be an integral part of the Strategic Planning Team and will assist in the execution of strategic planning. As a Business Strategy Lead you will:

  • Assist in the strategic planning process for the company and alignment of top leadership on business strategy, performance objectives and key initiatives
  • Research and analyze relevant data to understand the automotive market and competitive landscape to generate insights which drive strategy and business actions
  • Review financial, operational and sales performance reports, industry data, and research on a periodic basis; prepare reports, trend analysis and exec summaries (PowerPoint)
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive business cases to address opportunities and challenges; collaborate with and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders to mobilize and execute

Distill core components of complex problems into succinct and easily understood conclusions.
