Support Marketing Communications for quarterly earnings, AGM and other external technical marketing communications across ASM. Minimum Qualifications PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or similar), with significant industry experience. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor device and manufacturing and/or equipment markets. Demonstrated expertise in market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making related to wafer fab equipment product marketing, application, sales or related practices. Proven ability to align and influence cross-functional and global teams (BU, Sales and R&D). Strong data analysis, critical thinking and presentation skills. Experience engaging global teams (Sales, Technologists and BU Marketing) and managing meetings across multiple time zones (Asia, US, EU). Role Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support data analysis and decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business users to understand their data analysis needs, translating requirements into actionable reports, and ensuring data integrity and governance. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Power BI development, data modeling, and SQL querying, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Report and Dashboard Development
- Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business user requirements and data analysis needs.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Manage and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data governance.
