*BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST*
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position is responsible for leading projects or workstreams in gaining in-depth understanding of strategy, organizations, processes, and roadmaps to provide tactical and strategic solutions. The role partners across multiple functions (Business Owners, Process Owners, SMEs, Product Owners, Controls, 2LOD, Technology, etc.) to identify requirements in the design of new processes, operating models, or solutions. This role also drives execution from concept through change implementation and adoption, requiring strong written and verbal communications and project management skills to communicate insights, recommendations, and progress. Comfort with addressing complex issues, processes, and projects, and working in a high-paced, fluid environment is required. This individual will independently own a workstream or project in support of an overall strategic program, with frequent interaction with Senior Managers across the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Gather input from stakeholders, via interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, work flow and task analysis, ensuring the right questions are asked to inform process enhancements, essential requirements, perform root cause analysis, and problem-solve
* Review, document, and evaluate business processes and advising and/or developing incremental enhancements to meet strategic goals in client or colleague experience, quality, efficiency, scalability, and risk management goals
* Partner cross-functionally to identify and drive transformations, including defining solutions and articulating recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
* Assist with remediating process and control gaps and issues, including analyses of potential enhancements to the original approach, to determine and build the best solution available within constraints and capabilities.
* Design or re-engineer processes, formulate business requirements and roadmaps to address strategic priorities
* Create relevant presentations, analysis, or reports to drive and support engagements
* Establish implementation and adoption plan, including identifying readiness needs (training, user documentation) and tracking metrics for effective change management
* Develop, maintain, and communicate project status to manager and key business stakeholders
* Manage project and deliverable expectations with key business stakeholders
* Build, maintain and leverage relationships with stakeholders to drive project outcomes
* Act as brand ambassador for workstream or program by developing solid working relationships across the organization as to facilitate communication and strategic partnerships.

Translates business process needs into technical requirements for application development. Ensures alignment of business processes to technical solutions and vice versa. Our customer is passionate about their mission, and we are tasked with supporting their global financial operations. The Business Process Analyst will support process, technology, and people transformation change management initiatives for a variety of groups within the client's organization. This includes working with clients to assess their current business processes, identify gaps, and opportunities for optimization. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis).
This position is located in Arlington, VA.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance the client's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the creation of low-fidelity prototypes or mock-ups to test proposed solutions and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Support the Change Management team in developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure the new processes are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the new process and adjust as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project documentation.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; 2-8 years of experience in discipline.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principals, methodologies, and tools (ex: DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Proficient in process modeling methods and tools (ex: Visio, BPMN).
- Experience with data analysis tools (ex: SQL, Power BI).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
- Understanding of federal back-office functions, organizations, and motivations.
- Understands the Microsoft PowerApps and PowerBI platforms, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (ex. UIPath) and other emerging technologies.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, Prosci or other relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated success engaging with customers and demonstrating knowledge and expertise.

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global aerospace leader, is seeking a **Business Process Analyst** to join the Fulfillment Process and Performance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing the **Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)** and integrating it with key enterprise systems such as **ERPLN/SAP, CMES, and KITS** .
Your work will directly support Boeing Commercial Airplanes Assembly and Installation warehouses, driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across logistics and supply chain operations.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.
+ Develop deep expertise in Manhattan WMS functionality and integrations, providing both pre- and post-implementation support.
+ Conduct system configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality rollouts, and audits.
+ Present analyses, solutions, and recommendations to senior managers and executive leadership.
+ Design and implement process standards, roadmaps, and best practices.

+ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
