The Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) directorate develops, evaluates, and implements architecture solutions for our customers' largest, most complex challenges across all operational domains. In the Operations and Mission Analysis Department you'll be part of a special team that analyzes the world's most challenging threats and helps define new capabilities to counter them, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and leading the industry in operational modeling and simulation using our purpose-built software. As a team member in the Campaign Analysis section, you will join a high-performing team of fellow engineers working to support the customer across the operational domains.
Raytheon's Operation Research department is currently seeking a **Senior** **Systems Engineer, Campaign Analysis** . This is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ.
**What You Will Do**
+ Develop, analyze, and assess system operations and results specific to the customer's operational problem sets in the operational domains of maritime, land, air, and space.
+ Use software tools and methods, campaign analysis, and system level visualization to describe results and recommendations to the customer.
+ Develop and visualize solutions to worldwide challenges which benefit our warfighters.
+ Develop and integrate computer models and simulations which effectively capture systems of systems effects in varied and complex threat environments. You will use the model to generate virtual and/or analytical solutions, identify technology gaps, and demonstrate operational benefits of new concepts in complex scenarios.
+ Develop requirements, and test system performance.
+ Provide support to simulation, modeling and analysis activities throughout the product lifecycle.
_After some initial experience, you can expect to also use your skills to augment and support:_
+ Contribute to system modeling and data analysis activities for the purpose of supporting new business, missile system design and performance.
+ Collaborate in a team environment, receive input from the program, external customers, or team experts, and work on varied projects, as you determine, develop, and implement analytic approaches that will generate the supporting data to inform programmatic decisions.
+ Participate in the development and implementation of model-based solutions to support mission trade studies using mission and engagement level simulations to ensure they meet defined requirements and performance.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
+ Experience with programming language(s) C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and/or Java.
+ Experience in modeling and simulation.
+ Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
+ Experience with technical writing and/or authorship of white papers
+ Ability to obtain **Interim** **Secret** U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
+ Advanced degree in STEM (may be considered as additional experience)
+ Experience in any/all of the following: Military CONOPS, Military Operations Analysis simulations (RCADE, AFSIM, OpsTool, STK), wargaming in the defense industry, knowledge of missions, tactics, and doctrine across the operational domains of the Military Services and Joint Operations.
+ Experience and knowledge of warfighting systems such as command & control, missiles, radars, electro optical, and infrared sensing systems.
+ Experience with statistical and data analysis, Analysis of Alternatives, Design of Experiments.

Tucson, AZ: salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

The Campaign Manager plays a key role in fueling demand generation and customer engagement to support core business goals like pipeline growth, revenue, and product adoption. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing. • Build integrated category, product, and one-to-many account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and business goals. • Define clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, while scoping the right mix of tactics based on target audiences and lifecycle stages. • Own and manage the content calendar, including ideation, scheduling, and writing. **Job Responsibilities**
**Leadership:**
+ Act as an ambassador and guardian for the Aramark brand
+ Collaborate closely with colleagues in the wider Northern European region to ensure standard methodology and great ideas are shared

**Client Relationship:**
+ Implementation of customer centric retail propositions into client accounts; supporting the operations team to successfully conduct food and service offers, menu mix, brand, pricing, and promotions
+ Responsibility for in house customer experience and happiness measurement tool, launching into new sites and supporting existing units. The successful candidate will be required to manage the reporting monthly and present to the wider Aramark Northern European marketing team.

+ Develop and deliver a program of consumer engagement activities that deliver business objectives (awareness, participation, spend, day part, happiness, and fun/engagement)
+ Work with the internal Purchasing team to harness supplier relationships to drive sales and budgets to support the marketing and promotional initiatives.
+ Own the internal IP library ensuring all artworks are handled and shared with key internal partners
**Efficiency:**
+ Deliver promotional campaigns on a cyclic basis working three months in advance. Publish an events calendar and link with social media channels to ensure effective communication and awareness
+ Develop training programmes for the Operations Teams on key marketing fundamentals such as upselling, merchandising and displays, planograms, packaging and labeling etc.
+ Develop Brand Standards Manuals, a tool kit that provides Operations with all the vital tools to successfully implement and operate internal propositions to the agreed standards
+ Work with internal partners and external agencies to develop a programme of customer insights and research using qualitative and quantitative reasoning and questioning to bring richer insight into our proposition development
+ Work to develop a marketing and awareness plan around our corporate CSR strategy
+ Development and co-ordination of internal fundraising/marketing campaigns
**Financial Performance:**
+ Produce commercial case studies on propositions, promotions, new installations, food concepts and other customer facing activity to include in bids and tenders
+ Work with external design agencies to produce effective marketing point of sale collateral and supporting documents.
+ Produce quarterly food trend reports to circulate around the business
+ Work closely with the internal sales team to provide marketing collateral and examples for inclusion in bids and tenders
+ Roll out 'Centre?s of Excellence'; showcasing the best in branding, merchandising and retail excellence to further develop our teams by showing 'outstanding?
**Compliance:**
+ On site audits to ensure effective implementation of central marketing initiatives
**Qualifications**
+ 3-4 years' experience in similar role.

+ Understanding of the marketing mix and its application in a food service environment
