**What you'll do.**
**Position Summary.**
As a Partner Growth Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive performance optimization, scalable growth across top-tier partners and partner adoption across products. Leveraging deep expertise in Search and Display, you'll deliver tailored insights, co-develop playbooks, and foster strong senior-level relationships to unlock partner potential.
You will support the development of partner claims, case studies, remove operational barriers, and track progress against key performance goals. By aligning internal and external stakeholders around data-driven strategies, you'll elevate partner performance and accelerate business impact.

Strategic Enablement: Empower partners with actionable insights and frameworks that support adoption, optimization, and long-term growth.
Insight Development & Delivery: Create and scale automated dashboards, playbooks, and performance benchmarks that align with partner goals and Walmart's strategic priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and alignment across product, analytics, and partner development teams.
Performance Management: Monitor and measure the impact of shared insights, track KPIs such as partner engagement, category share, and revenue growth, and refine strategies based on learnings.
Education & Advocacy: Champion the value of partner-level insights internally and externally, ensuring stakeholders understand their impact and strategic relevance.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Co-develop research projects with partners to uncover new revenue opportunities and drive long-term, mutually beneficial success.
**What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a strategic, results-driven professional with 4-6 years of experience in Advertising, Consulting, Programmatic, Search, Digital Ad Ops, Media Buying, or Analytics.
The ideal candidate is fluent in digital advertising performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPMs), and comfortable translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, managing multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally to drive scalable growth.
Experience with API and self-serve platforms is a plus.
Deep understanding of paid search and display campaign strategies, including bidding, budget management, and performance tracking.
Strategic thinker who proactively identifies growth opportunities and champions innovation.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing sales teams and leadership.
Experience building and retaining senior-level client relationships, aligning performance with broader business goals.

About the role
Oscar is in a unique position to drive impact through high engagement with members and a variety of high-tech touchpoints (such as virtual care or superagent).The Senior Data Scientist develops personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns to influence behaviors that Oscar members take that are key to their health. You will ideate, scope business cases, design targeted pipelines by using predictive models, launch campaigns, monitor and optimize campaigns in real time to attribute best performing marketing variants, and measure campaigns. This will involve research, pipeline/ML model development, optimization techniques such (e.g. MAB), and measurement techniques (traditional statistical and casual machine learning).
You work cross functionally with marketing and clinical teams, dedicated to a specific goal of lowering medical cost. You will have accountability for the success of each campaign.
You will report to the Senior Director, Data Science.

Pay Transparency:
