Teammate reports to the Division Head of Enterprise Architecture for EA division such as Enterprise Functions and is primarily accountable for a portfolio of Finance and Support Services. May also include one or more of Corporate Physical Security, Corporate Real Estate, Office of the CEO, or other. He/She will focus on business capabilities, application/platforms/system architecture elements enterprise wide. Leads in the development of enterprise architecture standards, enforcement, and compliance. Applies advanced knowledge of the business and IT architecture principles to identify and evaluate alternatives solutions. Leads the selection of methodologies, tools, and components of total IT solutions. Provides guidance and support for Solution Architects to implement complex architectural strategy and direction of multiple and diverse application / data/network disciplines on a variety of multi-platform systems. Develops business-system architecture plans and reviews cost and feasibility of system requests while ensuring the plan supports the strategic needs of the company. Interprets internal/ external business challenges and recommends best practices. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.

  1. Top-down enterprise design with focus on business model, digital transformation and innovation i.e. collaborate with business owners, technology leaders and risk partners to draft the tech strategy, reflecting the corporate objectives/strategy

  2. IT Landscape design in the context of business capabilities of the organization supporting enterprise objective, cost and risk reduction.

  3. Lead cross cutting enterprise solution design that span across multiple CIOs and domains

  4. Set strategic direction for the assigned major business division in alignment with the Business Strategy and Technology standards and provide thought leadership in the development of an enterprise strategic IT plan.

  5. Maintain a high level of awareness and understanding of existing and emerging technologies, as well as industry and bank issues, to effectively match them.

  6. End to end accountability to review and approve design solutions that best meet the business needs of the enterprise, with a primary focus on innovation.

  7. Lead or "jump start" initiatives deemed critical to IT Services and Truist's success

  8. Provide thought leadership in new technology innovation, incubation, introduction, and implementation critical to Truist's technology and business strategy roadmaps and ongoing success.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Multi-vendor National Support Specialist (Siemens, RAD/RF) to provide on-site and phone support to the field service organization, as required, to resolve complex technical problems and product issues within the multi-vendor modality that are beyond the capabilities of the local Field Service Engineer (FSE) related to: new product introduction, transfer of knowledge, assigned service escalations, and remote support.

  • Provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to the Field Organization as the modality expert; acts as a consultant over the phone to any field-based associates (i.e. sales and clinical teams) requiring assistance; available for onsite visits.

  • Manages and communicates all escalations within their region, taking a leadership role and instructing Customer Support Specialists (CSSs) and FSEs in action plans and repair solution strategies of technical and product issues. Proactively shares new information on processes and solutions to service programs.

  • Leads improvement strategies and initiatives for business results. Proactively manages, monitors, and reports on strategies for High Activity Sites (HAS), material usage reduction initiatives, technical part review (TPR), and parts usage.

  • Travel will be determined according to business requirements. Must be willing to travel up to 50% and be available 24/7 via phone or pager when scheduled on call.

  • You have at least 7 years servicing applicable modality equipment required (Siemens: Rad/RF equipment experience is required), 10 years’ or more experience working for Siemens imaging systems preferred.

  • Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

  • 2 year/Associate degree required; 4 year technical Bachelor’s degree preferred

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $42.82 to $8.51 per hour.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is 45.07 to 72.12 per hour.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is 47.33 to 75.72 per hour.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is 50.48 to 80.77 per hour.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

As an ITS Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to knowledge expert for Amazon's corporate employees’, providing seamless end-to-end services and frictionless on-site technical support ensuring productivity remains secure and uninterrupted. ITS Support Engineers have an advanced understanding of IT standards, systems and equipment deployed throughout Amazon. They can work independently or collaborate with partner teams and contractors managing projects while maintaining a high level of productivity to meet goals. Quickly adapting to new processes and procedures, they act as a mentor and main partner for escalations within the team.

You’ll engage with Amazonians across various teams, owning and recognizing their unique IT needs and provide personalized high-quality support. • On-site troubleshooting of AV systems, particularly complex integrated systems such as large conference rooms, training rooms, executive rooms and bespoke or legacy systems.

• Working with on-premise IT technicians, contractors and integrators through troubleshooting and repair procedures

• Communicating with manufacturers and vendors to arrange repair or RMA of faulty equipment and managing local inventory

• Working closely with partner teams including hardware deployment, Escalation and MeetEx to drive continuous improvement of the customer experience

• Maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders, informing them of incident progress via thorough ticket documentation and the use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Collaborating on technical documentation and SOPs, incorporating field learnings and customer feedback

• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant IT policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users.

• Provide comprehensive technical support to Amazon Corporate employees

• Provide end user, Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment and support

• Perform hardware procurement and asset management

• Troubleshoot/support LAN and on-site servers via tickets, alerts and change management

• Ticket queue management

• Handle to completion requests and technical project work

• Provide on call-support for Sev1 and Sev2 incidents

• Handle escalations from Level 1 support

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience

  • 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience

  • 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience

  • 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience

  • 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience

  • 2+ years of experience in the AV sector with a proven record of effectively commissioning, configuring, troubleshooting or installing corporate AV systems/technologies such as Extron, Crestron, BiAmp, Cisco, Shure and Poly; control systems, DTP systems, matrix switchers, extenders and audio DSPs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of computer networking experience
