This is the perfect role for someone who wants to:

- Evaluate the tech stack and implement at least 2 new sourcing/automation tools in the first 90 days.
- Drive 100% adoption across the team with clear training and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain a framework to continuously evaluate emerging sourcing technology.
Team Development & Leadership
- Assess team skills within 60 days and deliver individualized development plans.
- Provide bi-weekly coaching, quarterly reviews, and set clear KPIs (quality, adoption, efficiency).
- Lead a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Process & Metrics
- Standardize sourcing workflows and launch dashboards that track project compliance.
- Achieve 95%+ candidate data completion (contact info, roles, skills, enrichment).
- Reduce sourcing cost per candidate by 20% through tech-enabled efficiency.
Knowledge Base Growth
- Build a centralized sourcing knowledge base of 20,000+ enriched candidate profiles in year one.
- Leverage AI and enrichment tools to transform contact lists into a strategic talent asset.
Client-Facing Impact
- Act as a consultative partner on at least 10 client projects within the first 90 days.
- Ensure pipelines are delivered on time and with >90% client satisfaction.
- Position Qualigence as a long-term sourcing partner through reusable talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment research, or TA leadership.
- Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, HireEZ, Apollo, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and enrichment tools.
- Track record of building teams, processes, and scalable systems.
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to consult and influence.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and energized by solving problems creatively.
