Performs sourcing activities including social media, internet and data base mining; develops relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, niche sourcing events (e.g., recruiting events, professional conferences ), community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions. Sources passive candidates through various tactics such as name generation research, cold calling, networking, relationship building, complex internet searches, employee referrals, existing talent pool database scrubbing, and research. Makes recommendations to Talent Acquisition team members and hiring manager(s) on the referral of the qualified candidates. Communicates status of searches with other Talent Acquisition team members on a consistent and timely basis. Manages responses to applicants including but not limited to: receipt of application, application status and specific information reconciling applicant qualifications relative to job requirements. Serves as a key resource for referred candidates in identifying best job fit, providing recommendations of the best way to engage in the recruitment process and following up with the referring party. Develops and maintains network and database of potential candidates for future reference, which includes pipeline of passive candidates. May support and participate in system wide sponsored special projects and initiatives, or portions of larger projects and deliverables. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws and regulations as normally obtained through a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with three (3) years of related talent acquisition and sourcing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience sourcing and recruiting in a 3rd party agency, target marketing or a sales environment within the healthcare sector is preferred. Experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques, as well as selling and closing techniques. Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or a related inside sales experience. Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Sourcing, the Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the establishment and execution of sourcing strategies and building of candidate pipelines for indirect labor (IDL) roles for the Crown Technical Systems business.
What a typical day looks like:
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, HR and others to attract the best talent.
- Develop effective candidate generation strategies to market our opportunities, attract talent, and build pipelines that produce excellent candidates.
- Proactively source passive candidates via targeted talent mapping, database searching, networking, research, and employee referrals.
- Engage top talent as their first point of contact with Flex.
- Create candidate engagement strategies within the manufacturing, medical, automotive, critical power, and high-tech industries.
- Research and gather external data/trends and provide updates on relevant market insight and talent intelligence.
- Provide "white glove service" during the recruitment process, prioritizing a high-touch level of communication to enable an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
- Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.

Core Responsibilities - Own global end-to-end sourcing strategy at SuperAnnotate from channel design and candidate engagement to qualification and handoff to operations. - Build and scale global sourcing pipelines to support 500–1,000+ technical contributors within 2–3 week periods, based on project demand. - Lead sourcing efforts across multiple geographies for high-volume AI/ML data projects, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and diversity. - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to access global pools of technical contractors, crowd contributors, annotators, and AI workers. - Work closely with Project Operations, Product, and Customer Success to anticipate workforce needs and plan accordingly. - Develop KPIs, dashboards, and sourcing metrics to track performance and continuously improve. - Build and mentor a sourcing team and scale agency partnerships as needed. - Act as a thought leader and internal consultant to the executive team on best practices for building distributed technical workforces. Roles & Responsiblities
- Collaborating with the hiring team to understand their specific requirements and qualifications required to source for open positions
- Conducting market research to understand where potential candidates may be found, best methods to engage with them and market/industry trends
- Building Talent Pools for evergreen positions, keeping and maintaining candidate pipelines across various platforms and groups
- Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities
- Generation of referrals by encouraging both candidates and employees to refer qualified candidates
- Report and analyse existing projects in terms of sourcing strategies' effectiveness, such as conversion rates and how to improve the sourcing process
Qualifications
- Currently an undergraduate or master's degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent
- Ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to deal with stakeholders from HQ and international teams preferred

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expert level demonstrated experience in sourcing techniques and tools, Boolean searches, Linked In Recruiter and other platforms.
