Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Talent Sourcing Specialist located in Dallas, Texas to support our Crown Technical Systems business.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Sourcing, the Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the establishment and execution of sourcing strategies and building of candidate pipelines for indirect labor (IDL) roles for the Crown Technical Systems business.
What a typical day looks like:
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, HR and others to attract the best talent.
- Develop effective candidate generation strategies to market our opportunities, attract talent, and build pipelines that produce excellent candidates.
- Proactively source passive candidates via targeted talent mapping, database searching, networking, research, and employee referrals.
- Engage top talent as their first point of contact with Flex.
- Create candidate engagement strategies within the manufacturing, medical, automotive, critical power, and high-tech industries.
- Research and gather external data/trends and provide updates on relevant market insight and talent intelligence.
- Provide "white glove service" during the recruitment process, prioritizing a high-touch level of communication to enable an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
- Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures.
- 5+ years of talent sourcing experience ideally in the high-tech, manufacturing or industrial industries.
- Superior research and sourcing skills - including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search methods.
- Know how to identify top performers and determine cultural fit.
- Flexibility to develop pipelines across multiple functions/business units.
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects & candidates
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network across all levels and all disciplines in the industry.

Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will report to the Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist and be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment that fosters employee growth and career development. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to identify, pipeline and attract high quality candidates. This position has the opportunity to work remotely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, attract, evaluate and build relationships with passive and active job seekers
- Proactively develop and maintain a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs; Deepen our early career engagement and experienced hire pipelines
- Source candidates from various job boards, resume databases, social media and other niche sites
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools/ university programs
- Coordinate and attend virtual and onsite hiring events/job fairs
- Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, and disposition candidate statuses accordingly within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers/business leaders, create strong relationships and be a trusted advisor in sourcing talent
- Assist with reviewing and processing job applications within the ATS
- Manage multiple searches while effectively remaining organized and communicating with potential candidates regularly
- Promote Ivy Rehab as the employer of choice
- Participate in special projects as required
- Schedule interviews as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least a bachelor's degree required
- At least 2 years of talent acquisition sourcing/recruiting experience required
- Experience sourcing talent within the healthcare field highly preferred
- Previous experience using various sourcing methods social media and other sourcing tools, experience in high growth, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Proven proficiency in developing sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Ability to be successful working independently and in a remote capacity

**About the Role:**
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you'll be assigned to support staffing operations and programs for a particular line of business. You'll develop recruiting strategies based on line of business hiring needs and facilitates recruiting activities. You'll also consult with managers to develop recruiting plans and programs to achieve business goals.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Leads key initiatives and manages larger scale/impact programs, including diversity initiatives, transitions, special interest areas.
+ Recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers and HR Generalists for regular exempt and nonexempt positions after interviewing candidates and assessing strength of qualifications against job requirements. May extend job offer and negotiate terms
+ Identifies and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universities, technical schools, diversity community agencies, etc.
+ Advises on strategic development of recruitment advertising.
+ Coaches, mentors and provides training to recruiters and associate recruiters. Acts as backup support to other recruiting staff, including the Manager.
+ Advises hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection;
+ Verifies pre-employment hiring documentation, reviews hiring decision. Evaluates and adjudicates pre-employment background checks.
+ Identifies and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universities, technical schools, diversity community agencies, etc.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required. Previous staffing management experience preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.
+ Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
