The Talent Acquistion Specialist plays a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across Indigenous Pact and its Managed Services Partners, with a strong focus on healthcare-related positions. Working closely with the Talent Acquistion Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen and recruit candidates for healthcare and administrative roles across Indigenous Pact and its partners
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify processes, and provide regular pipeline updates
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current/future hiring needs
- Support strategic sourcing efforts by researching and leveraging market insights, job boards and sourcing tools
- Extend verbal offers to selected candidates and support offer negotiations in alignment with internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Track, review and maintain recruitment trackers, metrics, and general recruitment process documentation at all times
