Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team in Seattle, Washington, US . This pivotal role involves sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a strong network, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conducting thorough candidate screening and interviewing to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in hard-to-fill roles.
  • Extensive experience with various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
