The Executive Chef Manager oversees comprehensive culinary operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring production aligns with strategic frameworks and operational excellence standards. Reporting to the Senior Executive Chef, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and food experiences. The position upholds food quality through standardized recipes, presentation techniques, and menu planning, while also driving team development through training, coaching, and employee recognition. The Executive Chef Manager fosters strong client and guest relationships by coordinating internal and external catering events and supports budgetary goals by executing company-delivered programs. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with Aramark safety protocols, maintains kitchen equipment, and enforces culinary standards across all operations.

**Culinary Strategy & Execution**
+ Ensures culinary production appropriately connects to the Executional Framework
+ Full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals: managing waste, standard menus, recipes and ingredients through managing customer driven menus and labor standards
**Food Standards & Quality**
+ Ensures proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, including production, presentation, and service standards
+ Select and develop recipes and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
+ Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, and plan and price menus
**Staff Leadership & Development**
+ Train and manage kitchen employees to use best practice food production techniques
+ Offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques
+ Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved

**Events & Client Relations**

**Responsibilities**
You will be part of a strong sports medicine team focused on taking care of our athletes and maintaining affiliate relationships including the following:
+ Your days will be busy working onsite at your affiliate providing comprehensive and coordinated care to the athletes, while assisting and monitoring all resources of rehabilitation treatment plans specific to the athlete and injury.
+ You will independently manage the relationship with the affiliate by maintaining a positive work atmosphere and communicating in a manner that results in positive outcomes.
+ Have true fun and partnership by participating in ATI foundation activities and showcasing your ATI spirit to the athletes, coaches and community.
+ You will have regular interaction with staff Physical Therapists and clinicians regarding the treatment of your affiliated athletes while in formal PT care.
**Qualifications**
+ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for everyone you interact with.
+ The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all of your work goals.
+ The knowledge of Athletic Training and continuing trends in the industry.
+ Strong time management skills and have attention to detail to document all reported injuries in appropriate records.
+ Ability to travel between affiliates, events, and clinics and work extra events as assigned. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
+ Successful completion of four academic years of pre-professional and professional study in a specialized curriculum accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education required.
+ Certification by the Board of Certification of the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification and appropriate state licensure that is current and in good standing required.

**Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll work with Athletic Directors, Coaches, Physicians, and ATI's Sports Medicine and clinic teams to support affiliate athletes. Your responsibilities include providing preventative care, injury assessment, and return-to-sport readiness. You'll also collaborate with ATI clinics to ensure proper patient care when needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Athletic Training
+ State licensure
+ Basic Life Support and AED Certification
