**Position Description:**
The Senior Circuit Provisioning Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of complex telecommunications circuits and infrastructure services. This role ensures the accurate and timely provisioning of data and voice circuits, translating business needs into scalable network services. The incumbent applies advanced professional knowledge to resolve highly complex issues, drive efficiency, and optimize service delivery aligned with enterprise objectives.
This is a hybrid role that can be located with proximity of Troy, AL; Lafayette, LA; Wausau, WI; Knoxville, TN; Mobile, AL; Belton, TX; or Lebanon, VA.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
- Manage the full lifecycle of circuit provisioning, including ordering, tracking, testing, and activating telecom and WAN services from carriers and vendors.
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation, carrier service orders, and circuit layouts to validate configurations and compliance with standards.
- Partner with Network Engineering, IT Operations, and external vendors to implement provisioning solutions that support business continuity and strategic growth.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve provisioning processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
- Lead efforts to evaluate new technologies and vendors to optimize cost and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis of complex circuit issues and drive resolution with minimal supervision.
- Serve as an escalation point and mentor for junior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Utilize network management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Netcool, Remedy) to track provisioning activities and ensure SLA adherence.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in circuit provisioning, network operations, or telecom vendor management.
- Strong working knowledge of telecom protocols and circuit types (T1, DS3, OCx, Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN).
- Experience coordinating with Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers (AT&T, Lumen, Zayo, Verizon, etc.).
- Familiarity with LOAs, circuit IDs, ASRs, and telecom service management tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-vendor provisioning projects with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP, MEF-CECP) are advantageous.
- Works independently with guidance only in the most intricate scenarios.
- Provides informal mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced professionals.

As a SaaS Order Operations & Provisioning Specialist, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of customer account provisioning. From initial order setup to ongoing entitlement updates, you'll ensure new and existing customers are provisioned accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with their contracts. Working closely with cross-functional teams -including Order Management, Sales, Support, and Finance - you'll process cases, troubleshoot provisioning issues, maintain customer data integrity in Salesforce CRM, and uphold high standards of accuracy and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications;
- 3 years of experience in SaaS/software provisioning, entitlements/licensing, order management, sales operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel (V-lookups and pivot tables)
- Ability to maintain provisioning SLAs, manage a high-volume of case queues without losing track (~average of 20 orders per day)
- Bring a strong customer service mindset, focused on responsiveness and resolution
- Have strong attention to detail and pride yourself on accurate work
- Communicate clearly-especially in writing-and effective managing internal and external communications via email
- Collaborate effectively with teams across Sales, Finance, Support, and Operations
- Can manage multiple tasks or cases at once without dropping the ball
- Are self-directed, reliable, and focused on getting it right the first time
