My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Financial Services space, with a cemented client base client base spanning Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, Insurance/Pension Funds, Investment Banks, and corporate/retail clients.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one , with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too. Across all Financial Services disciplines (front, middle & back office)
? Strong base salary, hybrid working (NYC), and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest recruiting seat in New York.
Highlights:
? True base salary from 75,000 to 120,000
? Perm commissions starting at 50% and increasing to 60% ( 40,000- 80,000 fees)

What You'll Do
Our talented consultants enable our Financial Services Industry (FSI) Business Unit to deliver a myriad of business transformation solutions to our clients. The FSI Business Unit has led and managed projects for top-tier, global clients ranging from strategy, target operating model design, regulatory governance and remediation to technology transformation, program & project management, and business analysis. We have experience providing these solutions to clients within various operational functions including Sales & Trading, Risk Management, Finance, Treasury, and Operations & Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Sia consultant, you will be deployed to client projects, responsible for delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team
- Hands on deliverables will include performing research and business analysis to solve for customer business challenges/issues to present unique, tailored solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data
- You will create presentations &/or reports for team members and clients, communicating the main ideas, critical points and decisions required to be made, demonstrating a capacity to lead within teams
- Collaboration with internal and client project team members, making contributions to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups will be part of your day to day
- You will utilize different methodological concepts to prepare client deliverables, leveraging tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project and Visio
- You will be responsible for managing assigned work activities to achieve deadlines while communicating effectively with clients, internal stakeholders and leadership and identify priorities/interesting parties of the project/assignment
- You will support the success and growth of the Financial Services consulting practice by sharing your own business acumen & knowledge, acting as an active member with internal knowledge-share oriented activities and organizations
- You will actively participate in business development activities such as identifying and qualifying business opportunities, networking and relationship development, and preparing, coordinating, and developing pitches and proposals
- At minimum, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Either an MBA or a Master's level degree related to Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Engineering will be strongly preferred
- We are looking for consultants with 1-3 years experience spearheading &/or contributing project deliverables related to transformations in the Financial Services industry in at least one of the following areas: Consumer Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Finance & Risk Management, Risk Compliance & Ethics, Payments, Sustainable Finance/ESG, or Wealth & Asset Management.
- Your experience must include at least 1-2 years doing this work within a management consulting environment (either boutique or "Big4" firms), delivering to external clients or customers within the Financial Services industry
- Certifications in any of the following will be considered an asset: CAPM, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analytics, Data Science, Change Management
- Experience using Power BI or other visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) to enable dynamic dashboarding will be considered an asset
- Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
- You must have Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- You possess strong client relationship development and client management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) accompanied by strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate and when not to
- Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Eagerness to be involved with internal initiatives and interest in guiding and leading.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. Advises and counsels admitted patients of financial responsibility and self-payments. Processes payments, issues patient receipts, and maintains collection log.
Job Responsibility
+ Interviews patients to obtain necessary financial and insurance information.
+ Verifies patients insurance and collects additional insurance such as No Fault and Workers Compensation.
+ Performs financial assessment of patients; refers potential Medicaid cases to Medicaid Investigator.
+ Gathers documentation and assists in the completion of the Financial Assistance Program (FAU) application process.
+ Assists patients and/or families in resolving hospital bills; advises and counsels patients of their payment responsibility due to the hospital.
+ Establishes patients' pro-rated financial obligations and sets-up payment arrangements/contracts.
+ Follows up on scheduled payments via mail and telephone.
+ Processes applications for Section 1011, where applicable.
+ Maintains daily work log of payments collected.
+ Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Job Qualification
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
