What Youll Do
Business Development & Strategic Growth
Identify, pitch, and close new vending location partnerships.
Respond to inbound interest while driving outbound lead generation.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional service and support to partners.
Identify upsell opportunities and increase client retention.
Performance & Data Analysis
Track route sales, inventory movement, and operational KPIs.
Use reporting and insights to guide decisions and optimize performance.
Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight
Forecast and place orders based on machine data and route trends.
Coordinate warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment.
Warehouse & Route Optimization
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized warehouse environment.
Continuously refine fulfillment, servicing, and routing systems.
Customer Experience & Support
Resolve machine, payment, or refrigeration issues quickly and professionally.
Handle escalations with urgency and a service-first attitude.
Financial & Operational Oversight
Manage local expenses, cash flow, and reporting.
Ensure accurate revenue sharing and documentation.
Who You Are
Experienced Operator: 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or general management. Background in vending, franchise, or retail is a strong plus.
Detail-Oriented & Dependable: You believe the small things drive big results.
Organized & Proactive: You juggle tasks and people with ease.
Strong Communicator: Confident, clear, and professional in every interaction.
Tech- & Financially-Savvy: Familiar with inventory systems and basic financial management.
Resourceful Problem-Solver: You take initiative and find smart solutions fast.
Mobile in Chicago: You have a valid drivers license and are comfortable traveling locally.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid field-based and warehouse-based role, operating out of our Chicago facility. Youll regularly travel throughout the city to manage routes, visit locations, and build local relationships.
