Clean Harbors in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Class B CDL Driver to operate light and heavy-duty trucks/work equipment at our customer sites; some of the vehicles operated include Vacuum Trailer, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks and high-powered vacuum loaders. RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed (team atmosphere where everyone helps)
- Operate a variety of Class B trucks
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.
- Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
- Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
- Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
- Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
- By position, ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week
- By position, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications :
- Valid Class B CDL
- Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
- Ability to use various mobile devices
- Perform physical functions per job requirements
- Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
- Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial driver experience
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
- Previous Hazmat experience
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Previous manual labor experience

Perform duties as directed by the foreman in the installation, removal, or maintenance of underground utilities. Must have a valid commercial “A” license. Must meet minimum requirements for DOT certification.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Pre-trip equipment prior to mobilizing to the job. Check and maintain fluids in the vehicle as directed.
- Load material on equipment and secure as directed.
- Safely drive and operate the following, 6 wheel, 10 wheel or tri-axle dumps, boom trucks, or equivalent. Load, unload, and dump as directed.
- Participate in pre-job JHA ( Job Hazard Analysis) on a daily basis.
- Report any unsafe conditions to your foreman.
- Operate tools as directed by foreman.
- Place, remove, or maintain underground utilities as directed. This would include but not limited to carrying pipe, bags of cement, and other heavy items. Jack hammering, shoveling, tamping, and installing pipe, duct, or cable

Work hours include beginning at approximately 6:30 a.m. and finishing around 4:00 p.m. One half-hour lunch. Overtime as job dictates.

The Delivery Driver works collaboratively as part of the Operations team. You will be responsible for loading, delivering, and installing furniture at Tradeshow and Event venues. Help us create memorable celebrations by delivering furniture to festivals, weddings, corporate events, or even the Superbowl!
**Pay:** $29 / hour depending on experience
**Schedule:** Schedule will vary based on the needs of the business, weekends are required

**Responsibilities**
+ Drive a tractor-trailer, 26-foot box truck with a lift-gate, or sprinter van from our warehouse to event venues
+ Unload and install furniture at venues according to floorplans or instructions
+ Interact face to face with our clients and provide a positive customer experience
+ Repair, clean, or replace damaged furniture onsite as needed
+ Participate in pre-delivery meetings to ensure a successful event delivery
+ Assist with loading/unloading furniture in the warehouse pre or post event as needed
**Qualifications**
+ A valid state CDL Class A driver's license and safe driving record.
+ At least six months of professional experience driving tractor-trailer that requires a CDL Class A license
+ Physically able and willing to move furniture indoors, outdoors, up or down stairs and in all weather conditions; ability to lift 100+ pounds with a partner
+ Must be at least 21 years of age
+ Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
+ Must pass drug screening and MVR checks (if applicable) as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
+ Per FMSCA Regulations: Drivers must read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
