+ Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
+ Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions as directed.
+ Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
+ Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
+ Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
+ Assumes web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders (pick items), delivers orders to customers as they arrive at store).
+ Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
+ Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.

**The Role at a Glance**
The Sr. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Strategist will provide subject matter expertise & direction on complex projects/initiatives for their assigned area. The role will provide supplier management knowledge, capability, consulting, support & implementation to develop & execute supplier management solutions in alignment with Enterprise goals & objectives. The role will manage all aspects of the relationship with suppliers, especially as the point of escalation for troubleshooting/issue resolution. + Serves as subject matter expert & point of contact on escalated issues; monitors performance and improves the quality of the relationship between LFG & its suppliers
+ Develops & drives the tracking and monitoring of contracted deliverables (e.g. termination clauses, pricing, SLAs, etc.) and obligations in collaboration with Business
+ Develops & drives implementation of the SRM governance processes

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. + Works with all Operations functions to determine the most optimal and cost effective manufacturing/packaging methods and to request pricing on any additional items to support quotation generation, and shares knowledge with team.
+ Communicates directly with client contacts and leads client meetings to support the Proposal / BD process / strategic initiatives.
**The Candidate**
+ Minimum of Life Sciences or business Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
+ Previous management experience is required, with a preference for experience in senior management roles.
+ An understanding of, and well experienced in, the contract development / research, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
+ Knowledge and experience in cGMP and FDA regulated working environments is required, and provides guidance to team on these topics.
**Pay:**
The annual pay range for this position in New Jersey is $136,890-209,200
