**Job Description:**
Client Service Associates will be co-located at a central site and will provide shared support for advisors who have a short-term need. CSAs will report into the Market CRM, though day-to-day will be supervised by a Client Service Lead. For the initial launch, there will be one lead with 3 teams of CSAs reporting in.
- The Client Service Associates role is a sales support position, typically providing dedicated operational and sales support to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs).
- You will be part of a team of CAs supporting specific advisors and their clients. Incumbents may also on a regular basis support office initiatives in addition to the businesses of particular FAs.
- For established clients, the CSA will often serve as the most frequent point of contact with Merrill Lynch.

**Be a Leader.** You will provide overall direction, prioritize critical issues, and support your team to ensure that work is completed accurately and with quality according to scheduled deadlines, priorities, and overall goals. You will serve as a resource for your team, based on a solid working knowledge of the team's responsibilities and each associate's development plan. Hello! We are seeking an experienced, friendly and compassionate Client Service Representative at VCA Alaska Pet Care. We are a thriving four Doctor practice with long term staff, a community aspect, and an emphasis on a low stress environment for all patients. We offer top care to our Canine and Feline patients.
As a Representative of the front desk you are the first and last contact with the client. A polite, people pleasing attitude is preferred. Training will be provided to you, to confidently boost your skills and long term success with us. Every employee deserves to love their job and be just as excited as they were on day one, four years later. Prior veterinary clinic experience is not required. Pay starting at $20+ per hour DOE.
We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to Work Saturdays (8-4) and Closing shifts Monday- Friday. Open option for 5/8s or 4/10s!
Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
- Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
