Our client, a prominent international Real Estate firm with many famous landmarks in their portfolio, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Greenwich, CT .

Job Details
  1. Answer phones/emails and greet visitors
  2. Act as an overall hospitality and client service resource
  3. Perform regular lobby inspections
  4. Set up for events, including catering coordination
  5. Provide move-in and move-out support
  6. Assist with vendor management and invoice processing
  7. Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelors degree required
  2. Demonstrated experience in client services and general administration
  3. Customer service oriented, approachable, and level-headed

Role Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Case management of inbound buyback/restructure opportunities through liaising with policy holders with empathy, professionalism, and effective creative solutions;
  • Performing qualitative due diligence on current opportunities by assessing potential risk factors on individual cases, and becoming familiar with the applicable laws and regulations on a state by state basis;
  • Generation of quotes for policy holders by gaining an understanding of the key financial drivers and dynamics of each case;
  • Management of leads using internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; and predicting, avoiding and/or resolving challenges as they arise with initiative and persistence;
  • Creation and maintenance of client/customer reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis;
  • Maintenance of internal process and procedure documents;
  • Analysis and reporting of customer feedback/surveys; and
  • Identification of new opportunities to continually grow the business.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in customer service or client facing role;
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative, and effective relationships internally and externally;
  • Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to problem solve and identify creative solutions;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and accuracy;
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint);
  • Financial services/ insurance experience a plus; and
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus.

Role Summary

We are growing our Private Client Services (PCS) practice and seeking an experienced Director to advise globally mobile high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) on complex U.S. and international tax matters. As a key leader in our PCS team, you will provide strategic tax guidance, mentor junior talent, and contribute to the expansion of our cross-border practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in U.S. individual income tax, international reporting, trust planning, and cross-border estate/gift taxation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional to help shape a modern, high-touch advisory offering.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Technical Oversight

  • Serve as lead tax advisor for a portfolio of HNWI clients with international exposure.
  • Deliver customized planning for pre-immigration, expatriation, foreign trusts, inbound investments, and global estate structures.
  • Review complex U.S. tax filings and international information returns (e.g., Forms 3520/A, 5471, 8865, 8858, 8621, 8938, 1041, etc.).
  • Provide tax risk management and ensure quality standards on client work.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise and mentor senior managers and other staff across locations.
  • Support the firms training, development, and retention strategy for PCS professionals.

Practice Expansion

  • Cultivate relationships with attorneys, private banks, wealth advisors, and other key intermediaries.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and external visibility through events, whitepapers, or webinars.

Qualifications

  • CPA, EA, or JD with a strong international tax background; MST or LLM a plus.
  • Minimum 810 years of U.S. private client tax experience with international complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience with foreign trust structures, U.S. estate/gift tax planning, and cross-border compliance.
  • Leadership experience in managing client relationships and mentoring staff.

We seek a technically skilled, client-focused Senior Manager to join our expanding PCS practice. You will manage U.S. tax compliance and planning services for globally mobile individuals and families, including U.S. citizens abroad, nonresidents with U.S. investments, and cross-border executives.

You will deliver complex tax solutions, lead a team, and support the growth of a high-performing advisory practice in a fast-changing global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily client delivery for complex HNWI tax engagements with international components.
  • Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and international information reporting (Forms 8938, 3520, 5471, etc.).
  • Conduct technical research and advise on trust taxation, foreign investment structuring, and expatriation.

Team Supervision
