Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

As a Technical Analyst, you will partner with an Oracle Health client for integrated deployment of radiology/PACS hardware, software, and services. Your responsibilities will include building client relationships to achieve business objectives including consulting with clients and internal project teams on technical architecture decisions to deploy integrated hardware, software, and device installations. You will also perform technical fixing and deployment issue resolution as well as participate in team initiatives.
As a member of the Application Support team, you will be responsible for supporting all Oracle Health Radiology and 3rd party PACS applications. These responsibilities involve vendor management, software upgrades, software installs, server maintenance, and technical support.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, Healthcare, related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with third-party vendors and systems
- At least 1 year of work experience supporting Microsoft workstations or servers
- At least 3 years of healthcare technology support, including hardware or infrastructure technology
- At least 1 year of device management/integration work experience
Expectations:
- Willing to travel as needed
- Must reside in or around the Columbia, MO area
- Provide on-call support when needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

+ Provide superior customer service and quality home care
+ Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
+ Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
+ Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
