BAE Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager with defense experience to join the Combat Mission Systems Supply Chain for New Product Introduction.
The ideal candidate will lead government defense program responses for the Supply Chain team.
The candidate will engage with various functional areas included but not limited to: Business Development, Contracts, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Suppliers and Supply Chain.
The candidate will also be responsible for supporting programs as assigned to ensure Supply Chain and suppliers are engaged early in the product development life cycle to identify and mitigate risk to deliver supplier quality material on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a liaison between functional areas for Supply Chain.
+ Responsible for assessing program needs and developing appropriate program supply chain plans (e.g. support make/buy analysis, develop teaming agreements where applicable, etc.) that will ensure the program requirements are achieved.
+ Develop and implement supply chain strategies including risk identification and mitigation to ensure suppliers are meeting the required quality and delivery standards.
+ Support internal stakeholder briefings and be responsible for articulating and implementing supply chain strategy and execution with stakeholder awareness and buy-in.
+ Participate in Request for Proposals to identify potential supply sources for required materials or services and participate on the proposal evaluation team in fact finding, technical evaluations, and cost/price analysis of suppliers responses.
+ Support the negotiation of single source supplier proposals and ensure that all required documentations are completed and compliant to FAR/DFARS policies and procedures and in accordance with established internal BAE Systems Procurement Policies and Procedures.
+ Achieve supply chain related KPIs with an emphasis on program cost, quality, and schedule.
+ Develop and implement cost savings initiatives in conjunction with subcontracts and strategic sourcing teams to support program goals.
+ Ensure suppliers are competitively sourced to the maximum extent practicable to support program objectives.
+ Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while also making sure suppliers comply with customer contract s flow downs and regulatory and legal requirements e.g. DFAR, ITAR regulations.
+ Provide input on assigned programs and support supply chain at executive briefings.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or in a related business or technical field of study with 10 years of experience or equivalent education/experience
+ Experience with supply chain, procurement, and project/program management.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997

Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations

The Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations will be an on-site based role at UPS Louisville campus, Kentucky to support the new US Distribution operations implementation for Endo's partnership with UPS. The role will cover relationship management with local UPS management, transition support from UPS Memphis and cover all operational day to day and continuous improvements activities for Endo distribution activities across our business franchises. The role will act as a key contact & operational link between Endo internal functions (logistics, supply chain, quality, serialization, finance etc.) and UPS site management to drive operations and performance for warehousing & distribution.

Overall core responsibilities will include relationship management, tactical/operations planning, performance management, continuous improvement, project leadership and clear communications between Endo & UPS teams. On a day-to-day basis, the role will focus on UPS operations meeting agreed performance criteria for activities such as inbound receipt, product storage, pick/pack operations and timely/accurate dispatch of customers' orders as per Endo business requirements & quality/regulatory standards. All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures.

The Associate Director Supply Chain span of control will include operational responsibility all warehouse & distribution activities for Endo business franchise (Brand, Generic & Sterile) for UPS sites of 1860 (Controlled products), Bourbon (Cold Chain/Ambient) and HAB (Highly Automated Building).

Key note: Role will not have responsibility for Customer service operations.
