Position Summary
Commercial Estimator is responsible for providing timely and accurate estimates along with generating sales, from both our existing customer base and new customers. Key Responsibilities
- Proposals: Prepares, coordinates and communicates price quotations for projects of all sizes.
- Estimating: Estimates the amounts of materials, parts, manufacturing hours and installation hours for price quotations.
- Communication: Follow up with general contractors via phone and email on bid results

Overview
The Multi-Family Estimator is responsible for estimating for type 3 and type 5 construction for wood frame multi-story buildings. Associates will meet with contractors and their customers to assist them in the estimating process and complete all plans in the time frame agreed upon with clients. Estimators must be very detail orientated, patient, and have experience estimating either manually or with approved software. This position assists in the day-to-day operations of the store as assigned by the Store Manager.
