- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and related functions

- Familiarity with coding compliance
- Ability to manage compliance documentation
- Skills in compliance management and understanding of compliance metrics
- Experience in contract compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**_Role Overview:_**
As a Compliance Specialist, you will:
Support the management of the corporate assurance and audit calendar by helping coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation and policies.
Gather and organize evidence required for various audits and certifications (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and others).
Work with internal teams to ensure audit readiness and assist with audit follow-ups.
Contribute to periodic reporting on compliance status to security and business leadership and governance forums.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ **Assist in executing and monitoring Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs).**
+ **Support user access reviews across infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion.**
+ **Help coordinate removal of access for terminated employees or users with changed roles, working closely with HR and IT.**
+ **Participate in reviewing IT change management, incident tickets, and other control activities to ensure compliance with defined procedures.**
+ **Support Process Owners, Control Owners, and Operators by providing guidance and documentation related to ITGCs.**
+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support maturing internal compliance processes.**

**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ **Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma with 4+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance, IT Risk Management, or a related field.**

**Job Summary:**
The PCI Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the organization's PCI DSS compliance. This position involves tracking compliance activities, assisting with audits, and ensuring adherence to PCI security requirements. The Analyst will work closely with security, IT, and business teams to support compliance initiatives and provide necessary documentation and evidence for assessments.
**Salary:** The pay range for this position is $36.49hour ($5,899/year) for those with entry-level qualifications up to 63.11 ( 131,268) for those highly experienced. The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with the preparation and completion of PCI DSS compliance assessments, including SAQs and ROC documentation, particularly SAQ-A, SAQ-D, and SAQ-P2PE.
+ Track and document compliance activities, ensuring all PCI DSS controls are met.
+ Support the remediation of PCI compliance gaps, coordinating with IT and security teams.

The ideal candidate would provide support to clients in meeting federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations specific to SPCC Plans and stormwater permitting.
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
- Advising and assisting clients in determining the applicability of rules and regulations and obtaining or renewing necessary permits.

**Minimum requirements:**

- At least 5 years of practical experience with environmental compliance requirements, especially related to SPCC Plans and stormwater discharges.
- At least 1 year of project management experience.

- Experience with stormwater and SPCC Plan regulatory programs.

Job Description
The Human Resources Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the HR processes and procedures follow employment laws, governing bodies, and regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission, FTCA, and HRSA. This position will also be responsible for HR analytics such as EEO-1 reports, compensation surveys, and reports; conducting internal HR audits and tracers, participating in external audits with county and state contracts, and monitoring internal trainings to ensure all existing and new employees are compliant with timely completion.
Essential Responsibilities
· Lead and conduct HR internal audits and tracers for The Joint Commission, FTCA, and HRSA. Will also participate in an external contract, and county and state audits.
· Follow-up on action items for performance improvement plans.
· Lead and conduct all internal HR audits and other compliance-related audits.
· Ensure all personnel records are maintained as per employment laws, governing and regulatory agencies.
· Prepare and present monthly PowerPoint slides and data for QA/QI.
· Prepare and present HR risk assessment reports to the risk assessment committee.
· Provide guidance to HR Compliance Coordinator.
· Maintains knowledge of employment law laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Prepare and send finalized EEO-1 reports to the appropriate agency.
· Create and monitor HR compliance reports for all organizational mandatory training courses via LMS.
· Back-up processing for voluntary employee terminations.
· Ensure mandatory training courses are updated and completed for new hires and existing employees.
· Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to HR processes and procedures for regulatory and governing body compliance.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources. (Healthcare experience is a plus)
· Must have demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and laws.
· Ability to research, comprehend, and communicate regulatory and governing guidelines.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, moderately demonstrated experience with Excel.
· Commitment to HIPAA and ability to abide by standards of professional ethics and maintain confidentiality.
· Experience with Paycom or Relias is a plus.

The Opportunity
- Work with credentialing leadership to maintain credentialing accreditation status.
- Monitor Vituity online credentialing application and policy manual to ensure alignment with state and national standards.
- Research state and federal regulations in support of Vituity growth strategies and process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain delegated credentialing agreements with contracted managed care plans, hospitals, and other parties.
- Work with credentialing leadership to support audit functions, develop standardized procedures, and document department procedural changes.
- Identify and report potential issues/concerns to credentialing leadership. Generate and present ideas to improve departmental protocols.
- Identify and work with credentialing leadership to report practitioner red flags to delegated entities in accordance with delegation agreements.

- Coordinate paperwork and transfer of information with provider/employee and internal/external departments.
- Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders on organizational needs and process improvements.
