Responsibilities
- Oversees compliance with AVL lists, utilities, AHJs, and UL certification process UL certification process for our products, including documentation and testing coordination.

- Works closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to implement certification requirements.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the company and certifying bodies.
- Develops and maintains regulatory documentation, including technical files and compliance reports.
- Monitors updates to industry standards and implements necessary changes.
- Serves as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, managing certifications, inspections, and reporting requirements.
- Provides training to internal teams on regulatory updates and compliance protocols specific to energy storage and manufacturing.
- Performs all other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or certification processes.
- Understanding of UL standards(e.g., UL 9540, UL1973), and familiarity with IEC and ISO standards.
- Expertise with rules pertain to the regulatory frameworks, codes, and standards that govern electrical installations, energy systems, and related infrastructure.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Support the management of the corporate assurance and audit calendar by helping coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation and policies.

The Senior Designated Compliance Analyst (SDCA) will support the VP of Compliance in maintaining adherence to applicable G1's Records Retention program parameters and regulations. The Analyst will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing Records Management compliance policies as part of the Second Line of Defense (2LOD). This position collaborates closely with the First Line of Defense (1LOD) business units to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and high operational standards.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, directly impacting G1s compliance posture. The SDCA has authority to investigate and report regulatory concerns and recommend corrective actions.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor and analyze federal and state regulations.

- Develop and ensure compliance of corporate policies with 1LOD teams.

The fleet compliance coordinator position is responsible for ensuring that the company's fleet and maintenance facilities are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations by maintaining adherence to internal policies, managing reporting requirements, and coordinating inspections and testing as needed.
Focus & Scope
Essential duties and responsibilities, i.e. those which are basic, necessary, and an integral part of the job, are indicated below:
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's fleet compliance programs and databases to ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain and update fleet-related databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with operations, safety teams, drivers, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with state requirements, including HD I/M testing and reporting.
- Assist in managing reporting requirements for off-road (DOORS) and on-road (TRUCRS and Clean Truck Check) fleet assets.
- Provide support to the Compliance Manager in guiding business units on maintaining compliance with Air Resources Board (ARB) programs.
- Assist in the development and execution of internal compliance processes, controls, and self-audit protocols to identify and mitigate regulatory risks and improve program effectiveness.
- Perform administrative duties related to mobile equipment compliance, including data tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with operations teams and external providers to schedule onsite and remote OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) testing.
- Manage the renewal process and invoice tracking for Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) assets.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Manager - BPPE to support our regulatory and accreditation compliance efforts. The Compliance Manager BPPE plays a critical role in ensuring institutional compliance with the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) regulations and other state and federal requirements applicable to private postsecondary institutions. A compensation package that includes a base salary ( 90,000 - 120,000) + equity grant
