**JOB SUMMARY**
As part of team Alorica, you'll play an important role in managing multiple responsibilities while meeting production goals. **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
+ A+ Certification or equivalent OR related degree preferred
+ 6 months of experience repairing laptops or desktop computers
+ Able to pass basic terminology and troubleshooting/diagnostic computer repair activity
+ Able to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues as well as identify potential quality related problems quickly
+ Able to replace and repair desktop and laptop parts
+ Able to recognize cosmetic defects or flaws and be able to tear down/replace cosmetic repairs.

About the Opportunity

EHTP seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Robotics Coding content specialist to plan and implement a curriculum for high school students in our after-school program. As a Computer Science/C-tech content specialist, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating coding and computer repair lesson plans to ensure students are ready for rigorous high school robotics competitions, CodeNext, and other opportunities. In addition to teaching the coding course, all content specialists support the daily operations and success of our High School Program. Work Environment
The work environment is a small, climate-controlled lab consisting of 2-3 people, focused on the non-automotive industry. The initial contract is for 12 months with the possibility of extension. Employees will start with 5 floating holidays and gain paid holidays after 6 months. Performance feedback will be provided after the first week and then at 30/60/90-day intervals to ensure employee development.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

As a Hardware Technician working for the CBP ITI2.1 program, you will have a fast moving, challenging, and highly rewarding position building systems and components that assist CBP in protecting the public from dangerous people and materials while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
The candidate will have basic experience in the electronic and / or mechanical assembly process. The candidate will be required to work in an environment where teamwork and individual collaboration is essential to success.
+ Construct modular electronic systems utilizing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware and enclosures to protect systems from environmental hazards
+ Configure systems using COTS and proprietary software
+ Perform testing and troubleshooting
+ Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
**You have:**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to:
+ 3-year check for felony convictions
+ 1-year check for illegal drug use
+ 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
+ 5+ years' experience
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ College degree (B.S.) in Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and 5+ years related experience
+ Experience building electronic systems in an enclosure with wires, screws, and electrical components
+ **Must be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Sterling, VA**
