You will report to Director, Named Accounts North America; location is flexible, remote or hybrid anywhere in the US or Canada, and will require travel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage a pipeline of business from start to close, providing accurate and detailed forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annually) using a stage gate process
+ Effective in the internal sales processes, tools, and methodologies for planning, managing, and reviewing the business
+ Develop and expand high value relationships with people in C-Suite and Sr. Management that impact corporate or divisional strategy and business models

**Minimum Qualifications**

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $201,400 and $291,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

SUMMARY
Leads the reporting and analytics efforts for the Connected Business department within the Insights Team. Uses data-driven decision-making processes and provides insights to support our business strategies by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis: Collects, analyzes, and interprets large volumes of data from various sources, including internal databases, market research, and external vendors. Applies statistical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that can provide valuable insights for our business operations.
- Reporting: Develops and maintains regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and performance metrics to stakeholders. Identify and track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
- Forecasting and Predictive Modeling: Utilizes statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and outcomes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine existing models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Business Intelligence: Identifies opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes. Provides recommendations based on data insights to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and increase revenue.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into well-defined requirements. Works closely with the Information Technology (IT) team to ensure data availability, quality, and integration with relevant systems.
- Process Improvement: Identifies areas for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis. Collaborates with teams across the organization to develop and implement best practices and data-driven strategies.
- Conducts additional analysis as needed to answer specific business questions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stays updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conducts analysis to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reviews internal and vendor reports for accuracy and enhancement opportunities.
- Develops automated processes to streamline reporting and analysis.
- Occasionally travels to relevant conferences (both Subaru and industry), Subaru field/retailer visits, and key vendors.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field required and Master's Degree preferred
- At least 6-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on analytics.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, OBI) and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business processes.

COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $83,000- $19,000/ year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible , with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P3)

- Working knowledge for Data Types and Databases including Relational, Dimensional, Vertical and No SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing and data visualization and familiarity with Hadoop Ecosystem.
