We are currently hiring in our Buildings Engineering Division at our White Plains, NY and Brooklyn, NY offices. Our Energy and Commissioning group is looking for an entry or junior level Construction Management Engineer with 2-5+ years of experience in field construction management. This individual will serve a key function in seeing our turnkey energy projects from design through construction and commissioning. The potential candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment, with frequent site visits and contractor meetings at construction sites in the greater NYC area. Responsibilities Manage daily construction activities and project schedule, budget, safety, and QA/QC; Provide full administrative support to the Energy Engineering group to ensure smooth completion of various construction efforts. Construction Manager - power generation client located in New Jersey looking for a full-time on site construction manager for expansion projects and general building oversight. Contractor position to start with a  possibility of becoming a direct hire placement.   

Manage project lifecycle for capital and O&M construction projects across real estate portfolio, including planning, bidding, awarding, execution, and closeout.

Oversee the planning, design, engineering, and construction of various facility and infrastructure projects, such as offices, service centers, data centers, warehouses, emergency operating facilities, and dispatch centers.

Develop and review project documentation, scope documents, performance specifications, contracts, bid packages, requisitions, and engineering work requests.

Create job packages for modifications or additions to electrical, mechanical, HVAC, building envelope, and site work.

Define project requirements, develop performance specifications, and manage budgets and schedules.

Prepare and present project status reports covering scope, budget, schedule, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Facilitate project close-out, lessons learned, and participate in audits

Perform project analytics and planning for the Administrative Services department.
