- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from pre-construction through completion, delivered on time and within budget.
- Expertise in construction methods, materials, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), and cost control.
- Strong understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements in California.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in contract management and risk assessment.
